Providing & laying 13mm thick premix patching with 0.18 cum of stone chipping (0.12 cum of 11.2 mm size and 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size) mixed with 10.1 kg of straight run bitumen VG-10 per 10 sqm of road surface including heating of binder and aggregate, cleaning the area of patch cut to regular shape with vertical sides, removing all loose & disintegrated material, providing & application of tack coat @ 2.75 kg per 10 sqm, laying of patching material and compacting with 8-10 tonne power road roller including cost of bitumen, aggregate, fuel, lubrication, binder, hire charges of machinery, T & P etc.

Providing and laying premixed sand seal coat on patch area comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum/10 sqm) premixed with 6.8kg/ 10 sqm binder VG-10 grade in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material.

Dewatering of RUB's or any other with the help of adequate pumping complete in all respectsusing 20 to 30 H.P. pump set.

Supplying, filling and stitching of empty cement bags either of plastic or jute with earth available at site of work, weight not less than 40 kg including excavation of earth, fixing of bags in position at rain damaged site, sideslopes etc. complete.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/ Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000, 1500 & 1700 P.C.C. 1:4:8 mix with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI approved Cement Concrete paver blocks of Category "B" (dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape) made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (M-30 Grade) pavements as per IRC:SP:63 having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level as per MoRTH specification : clause 1000, 1500 & 1700. P.C.C. grade M-15 in foundation & plinth upto 1.5 mtr. from ground level

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed graded stone material ) as per Table 400-1, 400-2 or any other coarse material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size as per table 400-9 & 400-10 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edegs, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification : Clause 404 & 112] (by manual means) with all leads (compacted thickness as specified to be measured)

Producing and supply of Kandhal redymade cold bituminous patching mix in 50 Kg. plastic lined, sturdy bags for repair of potholes in adverse climatic conditions including the bituminous mix with a minimum of 5.6% MC-800 cutback bitumen [containing a suitable antistripping agent] by weight of mix and in strict conformance to gradation and other requirements such as 6- month storage life as per the enclosed specification transfer with all leads and lift complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
