Providing and laying first class brick masonry work (minimum 10.5 MPa) up to a depth of 1.50 meters below ground and above 1.50m from Bed/ground level complete including all scaffolding etc. but excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000,1300 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing Cement plaster 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 at all levels as per MoRTH Specfication: Clause:1000 & 1300

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level as per MoRTH specification : clause 1000, 1500 & 1700. R.C.C. grade M-30 in slab in superstructure at any level from ground level excluding cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of centering & shuttering

Providing & fabricating steel reinforecemnt for RCC work including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete including cost of binding wire as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000 & 1600 : 115kg/cum

Providing & laying patching with mixed SDBC material including cleaning area of patch removing all loose and disintigrated material and applying tack coat @ 2.75 kg/10 sqm with all lead, placing and compacting of material with 8-10 tonne power road roller including cost of bitumen grade VG-30 @ 4.5% of mix material, aggregate, fuel, lubricant, binder, hire charges of machjinary T & P etc. complete.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on road in two or more coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164 on bituminous surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per MoRTH specification clause 803 : Upto 10 cm width (white & yellow)

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered or concrete surface as per MoRTH specification clause 803

Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900, 600 mm dia NP-3

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI approved Cement Concrete paver blocks of Category "B" (dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape) made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic viebro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (M-30 Grade) pavements as per IRC:SP:63 having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supply & FIxing of Plastic Speed Bump is designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum Load on it. Is made of PE plastic material. It is UV Stabilized so it doest't fade in sunlight. Four highty reflectors molded in PMMA matrial are welded with PE baseplate throught ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on the speed bump so that dust and water cannot touch the reflector's inside area thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time. 6 Nos. metalic bolts are used per pc for installation on road with Epoxy and Hardner. Avaible in Yellow & Black Colours. Filled with cement concrete : Size 350 x 250 x 50mm

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Providing and fixing of reflective Aluminium metal body raised (Imported) road studs size 100 x 100 x 19.8 mm having anchor bolt with one shank (length 50mm) and glass panel having 43 piece of special purpose reflective glass elements each side (190 tilted), having reflective values according to ASTM D 4280 & certified as per the standard EN 1463 (Color: White/ Red/ Yellow). The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface at suitable spacing using the adhesive conforming to IS. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission
