Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification : clause No. 401. Grading-III

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 in sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per MoRTH specification : Clause No. 601, 112.

Providing and Laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures and vacuum processing pump as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 602, 112. Provinding and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standerd for Precast concrete block for Paving -specification) and IRC :SP:63-2004(guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete blockPavement) (from BIS approved manufactrers M-35,60mm thick to be used in light traffic (Light traffic is defined as a daily traffic up to 150 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 KN laden weight, or an wquivalent up to 0.5 million standerd axles (MSA) for a design life of 20 years (A standerd axle is defind as a single axle load of 81.6 KN ) like pedestrain plazes, shopping complexes ramps, car Parks, office drveways , housing colonies , office complexes , rural roads with low volume traffic ,fram houses, beach sites, tourist resorts, local authority footwys ,residential roads, etc. Category 'C' not denated on any it's face like Hexagon, Rectangular, square shape as per IRC SP 63:2004

Filling pot holes and patch repair with Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open-graded premix surfacing, 20mm thick compacted with bitumen binder VG10 @14.60 kg/10 sqm and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying manually to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous Material as per Clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including cost of tack coat and including cost of seal coat type B with lead for mix of Material 1 km.
