Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift By mechanical means

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @0.2 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per Table 500-7, Grading-2, for base/binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and heating & mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) in hot mix plant (40-60 TPH), transporting the mixed Material in tipper to paver (sensor as per clause 504.3.5), and laying mixed Material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller and vibratory compactor as per Cl. 501.6 & 501.7 to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504, 112]. 50/75mm compacted thickness with 3.3% bitumen VG30 grade with all lead & lift.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted), on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course, composed of specified graded crushed aggregates as per Table 500-23, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 kg/10 sqm and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required), transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, but excluding cost of tack coat and seal coat with lead for mix of Material 1 km (MoRTH specification : clause 510, 112) In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader bitumen VG30 grade

Providing and applying Premixed Seal Coat type “B” comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum per 10 sqm) premix with (6.8 kg per 10 sqm) bitumen binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH, and laying with paver finisher and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne, including all lead of mix Material (MoRTH specification : clause 511). Bitumen VG30 grade

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.

Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana Board Providing and Erecting typical Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana signboard made of two MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size1500 mm x 600 mm and 1200 mm x 150 mm stiffened by angle size 25 mm x 25 mm 3 mm all around the plate and plates welded to each other at two places and assembly of plates fixed on tubular frame of 70 mm x 70 mm 12 SWG sheet Square tube ( vertical post 2500mm with angle holdfasts ) .On the top of 1200x150 mm a circular sheet of 900 mm dia to be fixed as per drawing showing Road logo & name of scheme " Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana ".Board duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 300 mmx 300 mm x 600 mm size below ground level .All MS will be stove enameled on both side. Lettering , figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing .

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings.
