Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M 20 Kerb with Channel (Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408), Using Concrete Mixer

Earth work in excavation including stacking/disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). In ordinary soil Mechanically by power shovel, including mechanical loading and carriage up to 50m.

Extra for laying earth as per specification for compaction in 200 mm thick loose layers and dressing [MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.5].BY MECHANICAL MEANS, using Motor Grader, from earth in stock piles with all lead and lift but excluding rolling and watering. Extra for watering the earth to bring the earth up to required O.M.C excluding rolling,Extra for rolling to specification with power roller 8-10 tonne when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired density excluding watering, Field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density (Ordinary Proctor test)

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structure complete with all lift, dewatering shoring and shuttering etc. .including refilling of trenches in 25.mm layers, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus soil within a lead of 1000 meters, as per drawing and technical specification.[MoRTH Specification : Clause : 304].In ordinary Soil [MoRTH Specification : Clause : 301] manual means.Depth up to 3m manual means.

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed stone) as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other course material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401]. By mechanical means with all lead, For Grading III Material

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M40 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Technical Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments for low volume roads

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications. RCC Grade M20. Using concrete mixer

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated Designer Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/ Yellow/ Red or any other colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm thick C.C. Interlocking Paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3, with mechanical mixer in foundation (at any level) complete, including all scaffolding etc. but excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000,1300, Cement mortar1:3 (1cement :3 sand)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical specifications

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces (Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate having physical requirement as per table 400-8 and of specific sizes as per table 400-9 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification : Clause 404 & 112. By Manual Means, Grading- II (Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel)

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion SS-1 as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 Sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI 502 & 112 (Including cleaning of road surface )

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion RS-1 as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Clause 503 & 112 ( Including cleaning of bituminous road surface )

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified graded crushed aggregates as per Table 500-23, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm.(60/70 grade) and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant (including cost of anti-stripping compound , wherever required), transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of tack and seal coat with all lead .[MoRTH Specification : Clause 510 & 112] In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with Front end loader bitumen VG 30

Providing and applying premix seal coat type "B" comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum per 10 Sqm) premix with 6.8 Kgs. Per 10 Sqm bitumen binder (Grade VG-30) (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) In mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying with mechanical paver and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material ( MoRTH Specifications Clause 511)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate as per table 500-6 & 500-7, grading-1for base / binder course including loading of aggregates with Front end loader and heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material in tipper and laying mixed material with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling by power roller & vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density (approved by the department )excluding cost of primer/tack coat [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504 & 112] with all lead .Grading II (19 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ 3.40 % of mix using VG 30 ( thickness 50 - 75mm )

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing 60 cm equilateral triangle

Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm and two vertical posts of angle size 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3 m long with hold fasts, stove enamelled paint and reflective letters,numerals,symbols etc. complete of size :1500 x 1200 mm

Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe (IS marked) 1.20 m long, 75 cm embedded in ground, the in side of pipe shall be filled with cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with semi-circular hump at top, the pipe shall be painted white with enamel paint including transportation etc. complete.For double post.

Supply of Cat's Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75 x 100 x 22 mm having 21 bi-convex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.

Fixing of cat's eyes on road surface/walls including transportation, excavation etc. complete.
