By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator / by mechanical means at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) for grading-III Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 ( Low Porosity )

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction) VG - 30. for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.) Case - I: Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen VG - 30 and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour .

Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats)

Lettering , figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing .

All MS will be stove anmeled on both side lettering. Figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthethic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per specification.
