Earth work in excavation including stacking/disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). In hard soil mechanically using bulldozer, F.E. loader and carriage upto 1km by tipper/dumper.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material (From Natural Quarry) having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured).as per MoRTH specifaction table 400-1,400-2 Grading lll

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub- base over a prepared sub - grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15 : 1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600 -1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8 -10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 as per design mix, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000 & 1700 P.C.C. 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements.Providing and laying of interlocking vibrated concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm excluding edge block as per drawing and technical specifications.

PART "B" : SIDE DRAIN WORK

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete mix with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/ bed level as per MoRTH specification :clause 1000 & 1700. with all lead R.C.C.grade M-20 in bed plates upto ground level excluding cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of centering & shuttering

Providing & fabricating steel reinforecemnt for RCC work including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete including cost of binding wire as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000 & 1600 TMT Steel reinforcement

Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 3 . 600 mm dia

PART "C" : ROAD FURNITURE WORK

Supply of cautionary / warning sign board 90cm equilateral triangle made out of 2.0 mm thick aluminum sheet face to be fully covered by white/blue high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting with Red / white symbol, cut out or screen printed background with epoxy paint complete confirming to MoRTH specifications clause. 801 with angle iron post 65 x 65 x 6 mm. 3 mtr. long

Supply of Retro-reflective sign boards size 1800x1200 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed with 40 mm M.S. black tube (Medium Class) as per IS-1239 (Part-I) 1979 with Inner support of M.S. flat 12x3 mm whole structure is fixed with two supports each side 75 mm long and 40 mm M.S. black tube on two posts of 60 mm dia M.S. black tube (Medium class) as per 1239 (Part-I ) 1979 2.03 metre long each and also provision of hold fasts of M.S. bars 12 mm and 25 cm long two on each post. The sheet has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other side retro-reflective high intensity and black non reflective letter in non reflective sheet. The standard letters and numerals have to be made as per IRC 30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the MoRTH specifications clause. 801 Post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe (IS marked) 1.20 m long, 75 cm embedded in ground, the in side of pipe shall be filled with cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with semi-circular hump at top, the pipe shall be painted white with enamel paint including transportation etc. complete.

Supply of Cat's Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75 x 100 x 22 mm having 21 bi-convex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.10 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4. without surface applied galss beads type-2

Definition plate of 1.6mm thickness frame to steel hollow dsection of 75mm x 75mm, 2.5m long stove enamelled paint with hold fast including paint logo as per approved design and colours. The logo shall be made out of 1.6mm thick circular plate fix on 1200mm x 150mm rectangular steel base plate 1.6mm thick, the base of circular shall be plain at the junction of base plate. The size of definition plate shall be 1500x600mm and embedding the posts by M-15 mix C.C. block 300x300x600 mm including lettering / writing and painting etc. complete in all respect
