Patching WBM surfaces with stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 including cost of material,machiery & labour complete, Above 50 mm thick upto 75 mm thick

Providing & laying premix patching with 0.27 cum of stone chipping ( 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm size and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size ) mixed with 14.6 kg of straight run bitumen per 10 sqm of road surface including heating of binder and aggregate, cleaning the area of patch , pot holes cut to regular shape with vertical sides, removing all loose & disintegrated material, application of tack coat @ 2.75 kg per 10 sqm., laying of patching material and compacting with 8-10 tonne power road roller including cost of bitumen , aggregate, fuel, lubrication, binder, hire charges of Machinery, T & P etc.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of M-30 grade (Category "B" dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape as per IRC:SP: 63-2004), made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic viebro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications.

Painting & maintenance of Km. Stones and Boards under PWD Sub Dn. I Bhadra

S & F in position precast R.C.C. stone (M-15 mix) of standard IRC design including finishing in cement sand mortar 1:3, painting with enamel paint, printing letters and numerals etc. complete (MoRTH specifications clause : 800)

Supply of mandatory/ regulatory reflective sign boards fixed on 3m long angle iron of size 65 x 65 x6 mm complete as per IRC - 67 (latest revesion) made of 2 mm thick MS sheet with stove enamelled paint and reflective symbol.

Supplying Direction and place identification sign board made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet framed to angle iron 40x40x5 mm and two vertical posts of angle iron of size 75x75x6 mm 3 meter long with hold fasts, stove enameled paint and letters & symbols in stove enamel paint complete with size more than 0.9 sqm size board:

Supply of Village Name Board size 600 x 900 mm made out of 1.25mm thick M.S. sheet duly framed with 30 mm ODMS tube tightened with M.S. flat 12 x 3 mm fixed on two posts of size 40 mm ODMS tube 3m long whole board is processed in blue/white stoving enamel paint and white / red machine cut reflective sheet complete in all respect posts duly painted with black/white synthetic enamel.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-9, 800-10 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

Jungle Clearance & Berm Repair work on Bhadra Sidhmukh Road Km. 0/0 to 22/0
