Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 Graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and Laying of Interlocking M-30 grade Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 100 mm as per drawings and as per IS 15658:2006.and all materials shall conform to MoRTH Specification Clause 602. with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr x 0.30 Mtr x 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 510.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using TYPE A Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511 Case - II Type B Bitumen (VG-30)

Supplying and fixing stone lintels/bed plates of approved quarry rough dressed in cement mortar 1:4 Upto 15 cm thick

Supplying and fixing machine cut fine dressed Red/Pink sand stone dasa or coping with full moulding if required laid on cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with admixture of pegment matching with the stone shade 50 mm thick

Steel work in built up tublar trusses including cutting hoisting (height upto 10m) fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes

Construction of Foundation/ inaugration pedastal in 23 cm thick Brick Masonry in CM 1:4 of size 1.20 m X 1.80 cm above ground level with adequate foundation including providing and fixing of granite stone of size 0.75 m x 0.60 m with engraving letters and figures cement plaster white washing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
