P&F delinator with 30 cms dia RCC hume pipe NP-2 (IS-Marked) pipe 1.20 M long 40 cms embedded in earth the inside of pipe shall be filled with earth up to 0.10 cm from top and remaining filled with cement concrete M-10 grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with semi circular hump at top the pipes shall be painted 15 cms wide alternate strips with black/ white with enamel paint (Black strip at top) with red round reflector sheet Type IV 7.5 cms dia at top on side facing the traffic and opposite side (as per IRC -79), fixed in CC M-10 grade Block of Size 0.45x0.45x0.60 M.

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Supplying of ‘L’ type Bollard made out of 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet height 134 cm, welded in circular type ring section having upper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 21 cm with another attachment of 15x15 cm circular section with 15 cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom, whole body is processed in white stoving enamel and red reflective high intensity prismatic grade type IX sheet 3 hands, each of 7.5 cm end one high intensity prismatic grade type IX reflective sheet of 15 cm. dia provided to it complete in all respect.

Supplying of Swiss Type Bollard made out of 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet, total height 135 cm, the lower portion is made in tapered circular section having upper dia 15 cm and lower dia 20 cm with attachment of one mandatory plate 7 mm thick fixed with the help of 7 cm long, 30mm dia crome plated M.S. tube this part is fixed on the body with another attachment of a cap 30x7 cm. whole body is processed in black stoving enamel and mandatory plate in Azure blue, with one compulsory keep left arrow with 10mm border high intensity prismatic grade type IX reflective strip each of 7.5 cm on body complete in all respect.

Supplying of Swiss type of Hazard marker, made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet size of box is 15x15 cm with hold fast at bottom, the body is painted in orange stoving enamel paint with white/high intensity grade micro-prismatic grade type IX sheeting, on all four side.

Providing and laying structural Cement concrete (design mix) for plain/reinforced concrete in sub structure as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1500, 1700 & 2100 including form work at any level.P.C.C. grade M20 upto 5 metre height

Providing and fixing of Tree guard reflector made out of 2 mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed with retro - reflectorised sheet of 100 mm dia for tree . having the coefficient of retro reflection determine in accordance with type XI, Class-1 ASTM D 4956_01 standard, inculding labour and hire charges for machineries involved etc.,complete as per standard specifications and section 800 and as directed by the Engineer.

White/ cololur wash of trees, electric & telephone pole, guard stone etc.up to ht. of 1.5 mtr. from the ground level comprising of 0.45m. white, 0.30m. red band in middle and again 0.45m. white around the periphery complete two or more coats including trimming the bushes on the stem & the root.Girth upto 900 mm, pole etc.

White/colour washing of parapets, kerbs, railing, trees, boundry stone, guide stone, poles, trees guard etc. complete.Old surface two coats

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old plastered or concrete surface as per MoRTH specification clause 803

Carrying out repair to road signs including strengthening resetting or otherwise repairing signs made out of Retro Reflective sheets. Job includes patch repair to aluminium sheet, R R Sheet, posts, signs / script and repainting of posts at damaged location / positions with approved quality of enamel paint complete in all respect conforming to respective IRC/MOST specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Road sign Boards mounted on single post.

Carrying out repair to road signs including strengthening resetting or otherwise repairing signs made out of Retro Reflective sheets. Job includes patch repair to aluminium sheet, R R Sheet, posts, signs / script and repainting of posts at damaged location / positions with approved quality of enamel paint complete in all respect conforming to respective IRC/MOST specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Road sign Boards mounted on double post.
