Extra for watering the earth to bring the earth upto required O.M.C excluding rolling

Extra for rolling to specification with the use of vibratory roller when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired density excluding watering. Field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density (Modified Heavy Proctor test)

PART - B GRANULAR & DLC BASES WORK

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed graded stone material ) as per Table 400-1, 400-2 or any other coarse material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete. [MoRTH specification : Clause 401]. By mechanical means with all lead For Grading I Material

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days (M-15 grade), mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 601 & IRC : SP-49.

PART - C CC PAVEMENT WORK

Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bars, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per specification, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 37.5 mm, to achieve gradation for PQC as per Morth and other relevant specifications, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design to achieve 28 days flexural strength of concrete more than 3.8 MPa (M-30 Grade), transported to site, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion joints near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for minimum 14-days, using curing compound (if required) or water with spreading and removing of sand or gunny bags as required to keep the surface continuously wet, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Specification including vaccum dewatering process if required with all required equipments complete as per IRC: SP-62 (Latest revision)

Providing and fixing in position mild steel dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Dia and length as per design at required spacing with PVC Sleeves and cap as per IRC:58 or IRC: SP-62 specifications wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by HYSD chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete as per MoRTH specifications. (Actual Weight of Steel bars used be measured and paid)

Providing and fixing in position HYSD tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required dia. and length as per design at required spacing as per IRC:58 or IRC: SP-62 specifications wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening , supported by assembly of HYSD chairs with proper alignment etc. complete as per MoRTH specifications. (Actual Weight of Steel bars used be measured and paid)

Add extra for using 25 mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board at Expansion joints in line and grade as per specifications. (Actual area of board used be measured and paid)

Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 300 mm dia

PART - D Drain & SHOULDERS WORK

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches etc. not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil 3m. clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around hume pipes/masonry in 15cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 1000 metres. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 301, 304]. Ordinary soil

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/ Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000, 1500 & 1700 P.C.C. 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40 mm hand broken aggregate.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI approved Cement Concrete paver blocks of Category "B" (dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape) made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic viebro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (M-30 Grade) pavements as per IRC:SP:63 having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and laying first class brick masonry work (minimum 10.5 MPa) up to a depth of 1.50 meters below ground and above 1.50m from Bed/ground level complete including all scaffolding etc. but excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000, 1300 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level as per MoRTH specification : clause 1000, 1500 & 1700. P.C.C. grade M-15 in superstructure upto 4.5 mtr. from ground level

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level as per MoRTH specification : clause 1000, 1500 & 1700. R.C.C. grade M-30 in slab in superstructure at any level from ground level excluding cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of centering & shuttering

Providing & fabricating steel reinforecemnt for RCC work including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete including cost of binding wire as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000 & 1600 HYSD/ TMT Steel bars

PART - F ROAD FURNITURE WORK

Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory, Regulatory and Information sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of High Intensity prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & Type IV standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 2 mm thick Al /4mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 25x25x3mm mild steel angle as approved , supported on a GI Pipe (Medium class) 50mm dia - 3 mtr height, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. 7 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Providing and fixing of reflective Aluminium metal body raised (Imported) road studs size 100 x 100 x 19.8 mm having anchor bolt with one shank (length 50mm) and glass panel having 43 piece of special purpose reflective glass elements each side (190 tilted), having reflective values according to ASTM D 4280 & certified as per the standard EN 1463 (Color: White/ Red/ Yellow). The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface at suitable spacing using the adhesive conforming to IS. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound with material conforming to Clause 803.4 of MoRTH having Titanium Dioxide (for white) minimum 10% by weight and softening point 102.5 ±9.5°C, inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-9, 800-10 applied in uniform thickness with reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4. Thickness is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Lane, Centreline, Edge line, pedestrian crossings, markings and other marking along strips for 2.5 mm thickness of marking (thickness excluding drop on glass beads)
