Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301

Providing laying, spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material, laying in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E.loader on a prepared surface and compacting with vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density including all material, labour, mach-nery, lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification Clause 401] including 1 Km lead .b) For Grading II Material

PCC M-15 grade levelling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications clause 14.10.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate (table 600-2 & 600-3) conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 31.5mm nominal size mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved Mix design to achieve required design mix grade of controlled concrete, transported to site, laid with a slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler bord , separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant (Table 600-4), debonding strip, dowel bar (IS : 432 Grade-I), tie rod (IS : 1786 Fe500 or IS : 432 Grade-I) , admixtures (IS : 9103 & IS : 6925) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing including joimt cutting & texturing etc complete as per MoRTH Specification cl. 602 (with flexural strengthe minimum 4.5 MPa).

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface ,with bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI.503, 501.5.2,112 ( Including cleaning of Road Surface) Add extra to item No. 6.2 for additional 0.1Kg per Sqm emulsion

Providing and laying 12 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-20, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing anti-skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 Sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm. center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 degree C, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per MoRTH specification clause 515, 2702.

Providing A.C pipe Weep holes 150mm dia in Masonry/Plain Concrete/.Reinforced Concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall complete as per drawing and technical specfication.[MoRTH Specification Clause 2205]

Providing and fixing 20mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion Joint complete.

Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2. Of MORT&H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 & MoRTH section 2200.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall, in 150mm layers, with mechnical compaction, complete with all lead and lift, as per drawing and technical specification. [MoRTH Specification : Clause : 304] Sandy material

Furnishing and placing reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and MoRTH specifications section 1500, 1600, 1700. RCC Grade M-30 For Solid Slab Superstructure,Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump.Height upto 5 m.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and MoRTH specification section 1600.

P&F on culverts/ bridges deck rain water spouts made of cast iron as per MoRTH specification complete

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4.

Supply & fixing of Swiss type of Hazard marker, made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet size of box is 15x15 cm with hold fast at bottom, the body is painted in orange stoving enamel paint with white/high intensity grade micro-prismatic type sheeting, on all four side.

Supplying of Cat’s Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75x100x22 mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on plastered concrete surfaces as per MORTH specifications Cl. 803.
