Part - B Lifts of Minister Building and G.No.‐1 (3 nos Lifts)

All in all comprehensive annual maintenance contract for following capacity "THYSSENKRUPP" Elevators through OEM or their authorized contractor, installed at subject site, on the basis of as and when required for smooth opeartion (scheduled and Call basis). During the AMC Period Firm/Contractor will provide trained and qualifed employees to provide routine maintenance, examination and lubrication services according to The OEM maintenance system for purchaser's equipment,12 times a year and will furnish the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials including the replacement of hydrulic fluid and machine gear oil.Firm will annually test all safety devices in accordance with relevant safty standards with the exception of full load testing and provide a health/fitness certificate from OEM to department at the time of complition of AMC agreement. Fitness test must be done in presence of department engineer & certificate also sigines by them.Throughout the duration of this agreement firm shall cover repair or replacement of machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter system and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards and sub components inclusive of belts, roller, bearing, coils, brake shoes, liners, contractors, contacts, relays, push buttons, indicators controller chocks magnet and magnetic switches, door operatos motor, door operator VVVF drive car door safty device, limit switches, governor, interlocks on hoist way doors and other minor mechanical parts shall be included as required at free of cost (Excluding ARD Battery Bank) complete in all respect.

Part - C Archieve Building and Gate No.2 of Main Building

All in all Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for 13 passenger 3 stop "KONE" Elevetors through OEM or their authorized contractor, installed subject site, on the basis of as and when required for smooth operation (Scheduled and call basis) During the AMC period firm/contractor will provide trained and quialified employees to provide routine maintanance system for purchaser's equipment, 12 times a year and will furnish the necessary lubrications and cleaning mterials including the replacement of hydraulic fluid and machine gear oil. firm will anually test all safety devices in caccordance with relevant safety standards with the exceptions fo full load testing and providea health/fitness certificate from OEM to department at the time of completion of AMC agreement. fitness test must be done in presenece of Department engineer & certificate also signied by them. through out the duration of this agreement firm shall cover repair or replacement of machines,motors,generators,ropes,invertor system and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards and sub components inclusive of belts,roller,bearings,coils,breake shoes,liners, contractors,contacts,relays, push butoons, indicators controllers,shock magnet and magnetic switch,door operates motor, door operator VVVF drive car door safety device, limit switch, governor, interlocks on hoist way doors and other minor mechanical parts shall be included are required at free of cost (Including ARD battery bank) complete in all respect.

Providing experienced and Highly skilled/skilled/ semi-skilled/Un Skilled labour for electric repair/ maintenance / operation of Air conditioning/Air cooling/Fire fighting/Lift/DG set/CCTV/EPABX or any other electromechanical systems as per requirement (one shift of 8 Hrs per day for 26 Working Days in a month)
