Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course aggregates as per Table 500-24, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm.(VG-30 grade) and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of tack and seal coat with lead for mix of material with all lead .[MORTH Specification : Clause 510,112] In approved Hot Mix Plant as per clause 6.5 of Manual, including loading of aggregates with F.E loader with VG-30 bitumen.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall, including rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8 - 10 tonne capacity finished to required level and grades, complete as per MORTH specification clause 511 Type B - comprising of 2.36 mm to 180 micron size aggregate @ 0.06 Cum per 10 Sqm and bitumen binder (VG-10 grade) @ 6.8 Kg / 10 sqm

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structure complete with all lift, dewatering shoring and shuttering etc.including refilling of trenches in 25.mm layers, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus soil within a lead of 1000 metres, as per drawing and technical specfication.[MoRTH Specification : Clause : 304] In ordinary Soil [MoRTH Specification : Clause : 301 Depth upto 3m

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks manufactured and laid over a sand bed of 20 -40mm thick as per IRC SP 63-2004 and IS 15658 -2006. Complete job to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of all lead, lifts & taxes 80mm thick, Medium traffic category, M40 Grade designation blocks

Providing and Erecting typical Citizen's information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MORD made of Two plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7 of size 900 mm x 750 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. Frame will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1000 mm apart centre to centre these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The lettering and borders, etc. of plates shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700

Construction of Road Ganpati Kirana to Judge Sahab Ke Makan Km 0/0 to 0/600 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of as per table 400-12 and 400-13 Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC inwet mix plant as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E.Loader/paver finisher, in sub base/ base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibrotry roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical mean with lead up to 20 Km.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface ,with bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI.503, 501.5.2,112 ( Including cleaning of Road Surface) Add extra to item No. 6.2 for additional 0.1Kg per Sqm emulsion

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 , aggregate gradation after blening to be as per Table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30 grade) over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 Kg per cum , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602.
