Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured). Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 30.ii)To achieve 95% Proctor density

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub- base over a prepared sub - grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15 : 1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600 -1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8 10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate (table 600-2 & 600- 3) conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 31.5mm nominal size mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved Mix design to achieve required design mix grade of controlled concrete, transported to site, laid with a slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler bord , separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant (Table 600-4), debonding strip, dowel bar (IS : 432 Grade-I), tie rod (IS : 1786 Fe500 or IS : 432 Grade-I) , admixtures (IS : 9103 & IS : 6925) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing including joimt cutting & texturing etc complete as per MoRTH Specification cl. 602 (with flexural strengthe minimum 4.5 MPa).

Part B - Road Furniture

Supply of informatory reflective sign boards made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet, stove enamelled paint as per IRC - 67 (latest revision) fixed on angle iron of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm of 3 m long. 600 x 800 mm with size of square 400 mm

Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm and two vertical posts of angle size 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3 m long with hold fasts, stove enamelled paint and reflective letters,numerals,symbols etc. complete of size :1200 x 750 mm

Supply of Cat's Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75 x 100 x 22 mm having 21 bi-convex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.

Fixing of cat's eyes on road surface/walls including transportation, excavation etc. complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.3,800.4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

P& F Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana logo for roads funded by State road fund having M.S. Definition plate of 1.6mm thickness frame to steel hollow dsection of 75mm x 75mm, 2.5m long stove enamelled paint with hold fast including paint logo as per approved design and colours. The logo shall be made out of 1.6mm thick circular plate fix on 1200mm x 150mm rectangular steel base plate 1.6mm thick, the base of circular shall be plain at the junction of base plate. The size of definition plate shall be 1500x600mm and embedding the posts by M-15 mix C.C. block 300x300x600 mm including lettering /writing and painting etc. complete in all respect

Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe (IS marked) 1.20 m long, 75 cm embedded in ground, the in side of pipe shall be filled with cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with semi-circular hump at top, the pipe shall be painted white with enamel paint including transportation etc. complete.For double post
