Extra for rolling to specification with Power Roller, 8-10 tonne when earth is at suitable moisture content with dry field density not less than 95 % of maximum dry density (Ordi-nary Procter test).excluding watering.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed material, laying in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E.loader on a prepared surface and compacting with vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density including all material, labour, mach-nery, lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification Clause 401].

By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) (incl. lead upto 1000M & all lifts)For Grading III

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 , aggregate gradation after blening to be as per Table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501, Using vacuum dewatering with required machinery

Providing and laying of a reinforced cement concrete pipe duct, 300 mm dia, across the road (New construction) , extending from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to toe of slope in fills, constructing head walls at both ends, providing a miniumum fill of granular material over top and sides of RCC pipe as per IRC:98-1997 , bedded on a 0.3 m thick layer of granular material free of rock pieces, outer to outer distance of pipe atleast half dia of pipe subject to minimum 450 mm in case of double and triple row ducts, joints to be made leak proof, invert level of duct to be above higher than ground level to prevent entry of water and dirt, all as per IRC: 98- 1997 and approved drawings.

Supply & fixing of Shevron sign of size 600x450mm made out of alluminium sheet 2mm thick with fixing provision on M.S. angle iron post 50x50x6mm, 3M. long screwed with stainless steel nut bolts of 8 M. dia, plate is covered by high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting & black reflective arrows, complete in all respect.

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission
