Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver / Motor grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.)As per clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 ( Low Porosity )

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 50

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.) ; Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen VG - 30 and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour .

Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats) Case - III : Type C (Providing and laying of premix seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.) Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of M 30 grade manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationer hydraulic vibro pressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1 / A2 as per BS 6717: 2001 with rubber mould technology including painting with lacker polishing. The CC interlocking paving Blocks be laid on average 50 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint on is to be filled with fine sand. laying procedure on compacted subbase as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead and lift and taxes. General specification of blocks 1. Providing and Erecting typical Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana signboard made of two MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size1500 mm x 600 mm and 1200 mm x 150 mm stiffened by angle size 25 mm x 25 mm 3 mm all around the plate and plates welded to each other at two places and assembly of plates fixed on tubular frame of 70 mm x 70 mm 12 SWG sheet Square tube ( vertical post 2500mm with angle holdfasts ) .On the top of 1200x150 mm a circular sheet of 900 mm dia to be fixed as per drawing showing Road logo & name of scheme " Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana ".Board duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 300 mmx 300 mm x 600 mm size below ground level .All MS will be stove enameled on both side. Lettering , figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing .

All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per specification.
