Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventer, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators,lighting ,With Timer arrangement etc. complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter ( supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 gauge M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form. The size of CC platform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 440 Volt AC Supply. Above 10 HP and up to 15 HP

SITC of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed (2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
