(2.18) Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitablerating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, amperemeter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitorsphase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for threephase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter (supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box madeout from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be ofminimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron ofsize 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs,each leg's length 18" and double door including in built locking system.The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panelhaving height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel shouldhave opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glassfor meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 440Volt AC Supply.

(4.1) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in trenches for water supply pipe lines, shoring and strutting if required as per required gradient and line including safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff including up to all required lead cleaning the site etc. complete for lifts up to 1.5 depth and strata as specified. The work also includes depositing and refilling of trench with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed for lead up to 50 mtr.

(4.4) Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

(4.5.1) Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(4.2) Dismantling of cement concrete pavement for pipe line and chambers by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, cutting the peripheral edge by CC cutter, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters. Measurement for dismantled trench to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, re-handling of material/earth to complete the tasks as per technical specification and scope of work.

Procurment and installation of Centrifugal Monoblock pumping sets & submerssible pump set (Rates are based on PHED SOR 2020)

(2.15) Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect.

Construction & Commissioning of Reservoir (Rates are based on PHED SOR 2020)

(1) Construction of RCC INTZE type over Head Service Reservoir fo Following Capacity and Staging consisting of excavation in all types of strata, RCC Work, cement plaster with water proofing compound to inner face of the container including refilling disposing off the surplus stuff, plinth protection, all labour and material charges including provinding and fixing of accessories such as ladder,manhole frame and covers, water level indicatore (float type), ventilator with SS scren, lightening arrestor, float valves, provinding and applying three coats of cement paint to the external surface and giving satisfactory hydraulic test and water tightnees test as per I.S. code, etc. complete in all respect as per desing data, critera, obligatory requirements and detailed specifications, scope of work and GA drawing. The job includes painting the name of the schemes and other details on the reservoir, provindg alluminium portable ladder suitable to reach at height of 4.5 Mtr and any other work related to structure as per the directions of Engineer-in- Charge, Technical Specification and scope of work. 100 KL

The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joints to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the directions of Engineer in charge. The rates to be inclusive of fixing of minimum 70 percent reusable precast concrete interlocking block and cost of required new precast concrete interlocking block, all lead and lift as per general specifications. (Interlocking block manufactured by fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS:6717-2001. Tensile splitting strength and breaking load as per BS: 6717-2001 Colour: Grey cement natural colour. Variation in Dimension : Less than 1.6 mm Variation in thickness: Less than 3.2 mm)

(1.19) Providing service connection as per technical specification and standard drawing as per relevant IS code (amended up to date) from all kind of water mains up to consumer meter/premises (Complete job).This job includes digging out suitable size of pits and trench for laying service line in all kinds of soil including demolishing of cement concrete,WBM, Black top etc. of all thickness; cutting of CC road/jhiri by using a concrete cutter machine; depositing and refilling of pit & jhiri with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter ; providing & fixing of all fitting duly approved in accordance with ISO/DTR 9080 as per specification for potable water including approved make of MS/PVC clamp with saddle piece, gunmetal ferrule 4.0 mm (ISI make) , valve (IS: 778) and specials with MDPE pipe PE 80 PN 12.5 as per ISO 4427 below ground level and GI 15 mm class B (ISI mark) above ground level ( max. length 3.0 mtr), P&F a Bib Cock (IS : 8931 Mark), Superior quality Brass 400 gm,15 mm nominal bore including accessories with flushing, cleaning, disinfecting and testing of pipe line complete required for making of service connection complete in all respect including labour charges . In addition to the ferrule, an orifice of 4.0 mm dia should also be provided in the service line at the entry point of the consumer's property in such a way that it should be accessible for inspection to VWSC, PHED and any other authority which would like to inspect as and when required. The service line should be laid at least 45 cm below ground level, except in case of concrete/bituminous roads where minimum depth shall be 20 cm. For detailed specifications of MDPE pipes please refer section "Technical Specifications" of bid document. General specifications of MDPE pipes shall be as under: • The raw material shall be virgin PE 80 Blue compound and comply with the requirements of ISO/Directive of testing material : 9080 with minimum required strength of 8 Kg/sq.cm. • The raw material shall be Food grade quality Pressure rating shall be 12.5 Bar. • The pipes shall bear ISO marking.

The cost also includes computer and operator.
