Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipes ISI marked of 150 mm. dia. Nominal bore of 5.4 mm. thickness provided vide item no. 3 above. Size of slotting as per IS 8110 : 1985

Development of tube well as per IS specifications using suitable compressor to give sand free water for rquired yield of gravel pack tube well ( maximum 10 hrs. will be permissible )

S & F tube well cover for 150 mm. dia.pipe of MS sheet 8 mm thick at top and 5 mm thick 100 wide shroud around the edges so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI nipple 45 cm. long and two GI flange at both ends in 80 mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet a 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be weld over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2" ( for installation pressure gauge ) shall be provided and welded with GI 80 mm nipple near top plate nippleshall be provided with end plug.

Supply & installation of 3 Phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of 5 star rating by BEE and as per IS: 8034-2011(Pump)and IS 9283-2013 (Motor) or amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. up to 5.5 KW & Head above 120 mtr.

Providing and laying of PVC insulated submercible cable 3 core copper conductor of superior quality making connection etc. in the following sizes as per related code, ISI marked (4.0 sqmm )

Providing and lowering of GI pipes with flange duly screwed and welded including rubber washer and nut bolts and 8 mm dia. washer complete in all respect ISI make ( 1239 amended upto date ) B class 65 mm dia. ) pipe assembly shall be in 3 mtr. length, make Zindal, TT Swastik, RTL, Garg Ispat & other approved make Annexure A (50 mm dia)

Providing & fixing of Double Flanged, CI body, ISI marked NRV of approved make of following Sizes (80mm dia)

Supplying and installing 100 mm dia. Sealed diaphragm bourden type pressure gauge alongwith & including all jointing materials range 0 to 10 Kg.

Providing, installing and giving satisfactory field testing of flanged bulk water meter RM type( removable mechanism ) including cost of all materials and labour of 50 mm dia. as per specifications with GI box ( sheet 16 SWG ) suitable size with locking arrangements

Supply and fixing of electric control panel comprising MCCB , Fully automatic star-delta starter,over load realy,ampere meter wth CTs, volt meter, Phase prevantor, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicator, lighting arrangement etc complete suiteble for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter ( Supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 gauge M.S. sheet with powder coating, panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with stand (made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs. each legs length 18 inch and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concret plat form. The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter readind. The operation of panel should for on 440 volt AC supply. above 5 HP & up to 10 HP
