Supply and Fixing ofelectric control feeder panel comprising ofsuitable rating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy mete r (supplied by DI SCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg's length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening ofsuitable size in front ofspace for energy mete r with glass for meter reading. T he o peration of panel should be suitable for on 440 Volt AC Supply (a) above 10 HP and Up to 15 HP

Providing &fixing of pump safety cage as per specification as directed by Engineer.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in trenches for water supply pipe lines, shoring and strutting if required as per required gradient and line including safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff including up to all required lead cleaning the site etc. complete for lifts up to 1.5 depth and strata as specified. The work also includes depositing and refilling of trench with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed for lead up to 50 mtr.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement for pipe line and chambers by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, cutting the peripheral edge by CC cutter, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters. Measurement for dismantled trench to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, re-handling of material/earth to complete the tasks as per technical specification and scope of work.

The job includes conducting SBC test, design and proof check of reservoirs (if required),painting the name of the scheme and other details on the reservoir, providing alluminium portable ladder suitable to reach at height of 4.5 Mtr(start of RCC reservoir) and any other work related to structure as per the directions of Engineer-in- Charge, Technical Specification and Scope of Work .

The rate indicated below are excluding the cost of pipes, specials and valve required for inlet, outlet, washout, overflow piping arrangement, but inclusive of DI puddle collar for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipe of appropriate sizes to be embedded in concrete.

Below mentioned rates are for raft foundations with soil bearing capacity (SBC) of 10 MT/sqm and applicable for SBC more than or equal to 10MT/sqm and less than 18MT/sqm. These rates shall be increased or decreased for variation in SBC as below:

i) For foundation on SBC 7 MT/sqm applicable for SBC more than or equal to 7 MT/sqm and less than 10 MT/sqm, add 5% ii) For foundation on SBC more than 5 MT/sqm and up to 7 MT/sqm, add 7.5%. iii) For foundation on SBC more than 18MT/sqm rates decreased by 5 % iv) For foundation on SBC more than 10MT/sqm rates decreased by 5 % v) The rates are applicable for staging height of 18 M. These rates shall be increased or decreased for variation in the staging height as below vi) For staging 20 Mtr add 5% vii) For staging 22 Mtr add 7% viii) For staging above 22 Mtr add 2% per mtr over rate of 22 mtr staging ( only in exceptional condition where hydraulics does not permit) ix) For staging less than 18 Mtr decrease 2% per Mtr.

Following rates are for seismic zone II. For zone III, these rates shall be increased by 4% and for zone IV, these rates shall be increased by 9%. Concerned Executive Engineer shall confirm the seismic zone for the scheme from seismic zones plan before estimation and adopt appropriate rates as per actual seismic zones.
