Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

Removing & Re-fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks by manual, stacking of severciable & un serviceable material separately. disposal of dismantled material lead up to 50 mtr. Supply laying and pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness approved by concerned department authority by trenchless method adopting any suitable technology below ground at required depth under running traffic condition as per Highway/ Railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water & sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipments for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (up to 3 meter depth) with proper protection at these sites with shoring sheets and ISMB. Construction of RCC Clear Water Reservoirs of required capacity including excavation in all types of strata, foundation concrete, container walls, bottom slab, top roof slab and food grade epoxy paint to inner face of the container and slab, including refilling and disposing of surplus stuff , all labour and material charges, providing and fixing accessories such as M.S./Alluminium ladder/RCC Stairs inside and outside, manhole frame and cover, puddle collar, ventilators, satisfactory hydraulic test and water tightness test as per IS code and providing three coats of cement paints on all exposed surface of structure etc. complete in all respect as per design data, criteria, obligatory requirements and detailed specifications, scope of work and GA drawing. The service line should be laid at least 45 cm below ground level, except in case of concrete/bituminous roads where minimum depth shall be 20 cm.

General specifications of MDPE pipes shall be as under: • The raw material shall be virgin PE 80 Blue compound and comply with the requirements of ISO/Directive of testing material : 9080 with minimum required strength of 8 Kg/sq.cm. • The raw material shall be Food grade quality Pressure rating shall be 12.5 Bar. • The pipes shall bear ISO marking.
