The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in water supply schemes/projects during the last 7 years. The bidder should have experience in specific key components such as construction of Drinking Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Construction of Clear Water Reservoir (CWR), Construction of Over Head Service Reservoir (OHSR), and experience of Pumping Machinery including EMI Works. The bidder should also have O&M experience, including successful completion of O&M of one similar work for at least two years with an actual contract value (Capital + O&M) not less than 20% of the NIB cost (Capital + O&M) of the work. Alternatively, the bidder should have successful completion of O&M of one similar work for at least two years having a contract value of O&M per annum, not less than 0.25% of the NIB cost (Capital + O&M) of the work. For bids costing more than Rs. 5.00 Cr and up to Rs. 200.00 Cr, the bidder should have execution and successful commissioning experience of one similar work costing not less than 15% of the bid cost. For bids costing more than Rs. 200.00 Cr, the bidder should have execution and successful commissioning experience of one similar work costing not less than Rs. 1,406.86 Lakhs. The bidder can also meet the experience requirement by executing and successfully commissioning one of the following: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the bid. - One similar work, costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the bid. The bidder should have experience in laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of pipelines with a minimum nominal diameter of 1/3rd of the largest proposed nominal diameter pipeline, and a minimum length of 105.2 m for pipelines with a nominal diameter of 150 mm. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience in laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of pipelines of all diameters (minimum nominal diameter 75 mm) for a minimum length of 1/5th of the total length of pipeline proposed under the bid, but limited to a maximum of 100 Km. The bidder should also have experience in installation, replacement, and commissioning of pumping machineries, including EMI works, with a cumulative capacity of at least 1/5th of the cumulative capacities of the pumping machineries proposed under the bid. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Construction experience of key components, where if the number of key components is 5 or less, experience of all key components is required, and if more than 5, experience of any 5 key components is required. 2. Experience of pipeline work, where the experience of specific size pipeline criterion can be in a single contract, but the experience of total length of pipeline can be in one or more contracts. 3. Experience of O&M of scheme/project, applicable for schemes/projects with O&M of 5 years or more and bid cost of work more than Rs. 100.00 Crore. 4. Specific O&M experience, applicable only for the bid of execution of individual key component with O&M of 5 years or more and cost up to Rs. 100.00 Cr. 5. Each member of the JV should have qualifying construction experience of at least one key component. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 15% of the bid cost for bids costing more than Rs. 5.00 Cr and up to Rs. 200.00 Cr. - Rs. 1,406.86 Lakhs for bids costing more than Rs. 200.00 Cr. - 30% of the estimated cost of the bid for three similar works. - 40% of the estimated cost of the bid for two similar works. - 50% of the estimated cost of the bid for one similar work. - 20% of the NIB cost (Capital + O&M) of the work for O&M experience. - 0.25% of the NIB cost (Capital + O&M) of the work for O&M per annum.
