Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ER W MS black pipe ISI marked of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8 I 10-1985 : 200 mm dia nominal bore of 5.4mm thickness

Supplying & Packing P-gravel suitable for slot size/mesh size as suggested in IS 2800 (Part-I) 1991 with latest amendment.

Development of tube well as per IS: 11189- 1985 and IS: 2800 (Part- 1)-1991 (both amended up to date) using suitable compressor to give sand free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.

Supply & Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both end in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate (as per drawillg enclosed). A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2" (for installation pressure gauge) shall tie provided & welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug : 200mm dia

Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISi marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per JS: 8034-2011 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump,installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. (Including 1 no stanby P/set) : 9.3 KW (12.5 HP) & head above 120 mtr.

Providing & Fixing pump safety cage as per specifications or as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISl marked GI Pipe "B" class as per IS: 1239 or amended up to date threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25x3mm flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. 50 mm dia

Providing and Fixing of 80 mm G.I. pipe from above upper end of well cap water meter up to sluice valve ( Min 2 Mtr away from Tubewell from tubewell pipe ) rising main from ground level. Includiding All accessories ( Socket GI / Flanges /Bends/ as per specification including earthwork as directed by EIC.

Providing & Fixing of double flanged, Cl body, ISI marked NRV of approved make of following sizes 80 mm dia

Supply and installing Double flanged Sluice valves as per IS :14846 of 80mm diameter with cap and giving Satisfactory test complete and or so directed by Engineer . It also include cost of labour , jointing material with nuts & bolt and Rubber sheet.

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of double flanged bulk flow meter with removable mechanism, of class B conforming to ISO 406411 or amended upto date of approved make including cost of all material and labour as per specifications with GI Box (sheet 16 SWG) suitable with locking arrangement of 80mm dia.

Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitors,phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter (supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg's length 18" and double door including in built locking system.The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The sizeof CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 440Volt AC Supply. Above 10 HP & upto 15 HP

Supply installation with all required Hardware'S material testing and commissioning of 4C 16 sqm Mm PVC sheathed armed aluminium conductor LT cable ( conforming to IS 122 latest revision) from EB pole to energy meter & incorner of starter panel including civil works connected with cable laying of brick sand etc.( Depth 400mm, width 300mm)
