The bidder should have experience in works related to water supply schemes/projects during the last 7 years. The experience criteria include execution and successful completion & commissioning of similar works with specific cost requirements. The cost requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the bid. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the bid. - One similar work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the bid. The estimated costs of the bid are 507.69 Cr, 676.92 Cr, or 846.15 Cr. Therefore, the monetary values for the similar works are: - For three similar works: 30% of 507.69 Cr (152.20 Cr), 30% of 676.92 Cr (203.08 Cr), or 30% of 846.15 Cr (253.85 Cr). - For two similar works: 40% of 507.69 Cr (203.08 Cr), 40% of 676.92 Cr (270.77 Cr), or 40% of 846.15 Cr (338.46 Cr). - For one similar work: 50% of 507.69 Cr (253.85 Cr), 50% of 676.92 Cr (338.46 Cr), or 50% of 846.15 Cr (423.08 Cr). The bidder should also have experience in projects with at least 2 key components, including pipeline, pumping stations, water treatment plant, RCC water reservoirs, and raw water reservoirs. The experience certificate should be issued by an office not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. Work experience is considered in its original JV ratio as mentioned in the JV agreement.
