Providing, lowering, laying and jointing in trenches, standard length HDPE ISI marked Pipes as Per IS-4984( amended up to date) with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector, i.e thread/ insert joint/ quick release coupler joint/ compression fitting joint or flanged joint and specials jointing pipe by butt fusion/electro fusion welding method, including all taxes, transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading/unloading charges, specials (Tee, bend etc0, satisfactory hydraulic testing, disinfection , earth work etc. complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in -charge of following class and diameter. Functional House hold Tap Water Connection (FHTC)

Providing service connection as per technical specifications & standard drawing as per relevant IS Code (amended up to date) from all kind of water mains up to consumer meter/premises (Complete job). This job includes digging out suitable size of pits and trench for laying service line in all kinds of soil including demolishing of Cement Concrete, WBM, Black top etc. of all thickness; cutting of CC road/ jhiri by using a concrete cutter machine; depositing and refilling of pit & jhiri with watering & ramming/compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter; providing& fixing of all fitting duly approved in accordance with ISO/DTR 9080 as per specification for potable water including approved make of MS clamp with saddle piece gunmetal ferrule (ISI make), gunmetal NRV (ISI Make), valve (IS:778) and specials with MDPE pipe PE-80 PN 16 as per ISO 4427, with flushing, cleaning, disinfecting and testing of pipe line complete required for making of service connection complete in all respect including labour charges. The service line should be laid at least 45 cm below ground level, except in cases of concrete / bituminous roads where minimum depth shall be 20 cm.

PUMP House and Civil Work

Provision for Supply, installation, testing and commission of Booster Pump set including piping, valve ,panel , cable etc. for maximum 25 mtr Head and maximum 3 LPS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MNRE approved off Grid Solar Panels( IS-17018 (Part-1) :-2018) for running of motor pumps of capacity 5 KW with 25 years of Linear Generation warranty, Work includes its Solar panel, off grid solar inverter, solar structure, Solar battery, junction Box, DC Cable, AC cable, all related solar accessories(fasteners, cable Tie, crimping tool, earthing kit, Lightning arrestor designing of solar panel area and MS frame and foundation on ground/roof of Pump house and showing arrangement of panel in available space and installation of PV module on frame structure such that minimum height of lower edge of panel shall be 4.0 mtr from ground level to safeguard against damage and theft as per indicative drawing enclosed with the bid document, showing arrangement of panel in available space, installation of PV module on MS frame as per approved design and drawings. Mounting structure shall be suitably design to withstand wind velocity up to 150km/hr. The work shall be executed as per detailed technical specifications, approved drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge.

O&M WORK

Operation and maintenance ( O&M) Charges Note:- The bidder should note that pipe line laid after VTC as IVD will be operated & Maintained by VWSC, these scope of O&M for this tender is limited to pipe line system executed outside of VTC. (Ref:- Clause 1.2 `` of Part-B)
