S&F tube well cover MS sheet 8 mm thick at top & 5 mm thick 100 mm wide shruond around the edge so as to from a cap on th top end of casing pipe with GI nipple 45 cm long & two GI flange at both end in 80 mm sizes passing.thorough a hole in the center of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be weld over top plate(as per drawing enclosed) A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2" (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provide & welded with GI 80 mm nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug)

Providing & fixing GI pipe (external work) ISI marked class "B" including all jointing materials like flanges tail pieces bends reducers etc. complete in all respect. Pipe shall be make Zindal, TT Swastik, RTL, Garg Ispat only.

a) 80 mm dia

Supply and fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB, fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay ampere meter with CTs volt meter, phase preventor, suitable strting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc. complete suitable for three phase pump set. the panel should have space for energy meter (supplied by DISCOM) all these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 grage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900x600x450 mm with stand (made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg's length 18" and double door including in built locking system the legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete platform the size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. the panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. the operation of panel should be suitable for on 440 Volt AC supply.

Plate earthing as per IS:3043 with G.I.earth plate of size 600mm*600mm*3.0mm by embodying 3 to 4m below ground level with 20mm dia GI b class watering pipe including all accessories like nuts and bolt reducer nipple wire meshed funnel and C.C. finished chamber cover with hinged type with locking arrangement CI frame of size 300mm*300mm complete with alternate layers of salt and coke /charcoal testing of earth resistance as required

Part B- Distribution Pipe line

Providing lowering laying and jointing HDPE Pressure pipes of PE-80 PN-10 pipe conforming to IS 4984/1995 with necessary Jointing material like mechanical connection i.e. thread/insert joint/quick release coupler joint/ compression fitting joint or flanged joint and specials jointing pipe by butt fusion welding method including all taxes (Central and local) transportation and freight charges, inspection charges loading/unloading charges stacking the same in closed shade suly protecting from sunrays and rains, including cost of labour and material, specials (tee, bent etc.) satisfactory Hydraulic testing etc. completeas per technical spefication and direction of Engineer-in charge. (excluding earth work) (Supply upto 90 mm dia coil and above 90 mm dia strainght length in 6 M.) note providing and fixing of all requisite specials as per drawing, design and layout are inclusive in RM measurement of the item and shall not be paid separately. 90 mm dia
