Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Unarmoured / Armoured aluminium cable of 1.1 KV grade as per PWD specification for electrical Works in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench with filling of excavated earth in trench , on existing cable trays or on surface etc. including making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size and as per points (a), (b), (c), entioned below:- (a) Material :- H4- Grade aluminium conductor of purity 99.6 % & as per IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P – I (b) conductor shall have electrolytic aluminium confirming to IS 8130, IS 3975-1999 for armouring of cables in armoured cable items , IS 5831 for sheath, IS 10810 (Part 0 to 64 ) for testing procedures.(c) OEM Must have ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications for quality assuarance & its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables . Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Dry Masonry.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days

Supplying and providing of two components poly sulphide sealant containing solid contents, confirming to standard specification and approved compatible primer, for priming vertical faces prior to application of poly sulphide sealant including all labour charges for sealing of expansion joints after drill mixing of two components sealing compound. Cleaning and preparation of expansion joint using wire brush sand papering with emery paper and filing with suitable mechanical means. The work includes racking and cleaning of joints, sticking, debonding tape on bottom of joint, applying primer on edges, using masking tape on edges, providing of sealant and removal of masking tape immediately after providing sealant in joint. To vertical joint between RCC columns, bricks & stone masonry in size 40 mm width and 12 mm depth, including providing back up material (Thermocoal foam) if required.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick.

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50mm thick.

Chlorinated Polyvinyl - chloride (CPVC) pipe 75 mm inner dia.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible monoblock pump set conforming to IS 8034 and 2 pole motor operating at synchronised speed of speed 3000 RPM, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC and with water lubricated bearing to accept entire hydraulic thrust. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fibre bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump and minimum 6 m submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in Charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD. 5.5 KW (7.5 HP)

Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with all lift and lead up to 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside the Headworks boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt clearance is to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolley or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift . This work also involves dressing of bottom which is to be done manually and there shall be no damage to lining and LDPE film of tank. Work is to be done as per direction of Engineer In Charge and technical specifications.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of vacuum Feed Gas Chlorinator system with all accessories and making connection with existing pipeline required including supply & installation of ejector unit, Vacuum chlorination unit, trunnion roller support, auxiliary container valve, flexible copper connector, manifold valve, tonner manifold pipes, chlorine Pressure gauge, Isolation valve, gas filter, pressure reducing valve, chlorine gas pipe with fittings, diffuser, lifting beam, load indicator, 25 NB PP diaphragm Valve on injector inlet & outlet, 32 OD uPVC pipe for chlorine solution, 25 NB GI pipe for pump suction & delivery, 25 NB GM gate valve on pump suction & delivery, 25 NB GM 'Y' type strainer on pump suction, 25 NB GM Check valve on pump delivery, pressure gauge with Isolated valve on pump delivery and chlorine booster pump with motor of required capacity including safety equipment complete in all respect as per specification and the direction of the Engineer.

Providing and Placing of new filter media as (i) Sand shall be hard and resistant quartz or quartzite and free of clay, fine particles, soft grains and dirt of any description. (ii) Effective size shall be 0.45 to 0.70 mm. (iii) Uniformity Coefficient not be more than 1.70 nor less than 1.30. (iv) Ignition loss should not exceed 0.70% by weight. (v) Soluble fraction in HCL acid shall not exceed 5.0% by weight, (vi) Silica content should not be less than 95% (vii) Specific Gravity shall be in the range between 2.55 to 2.65 (viii) Wearing loss shall not exceed 3.0%. and as per specifications given in IS: 8419 (Part-I). Filter media (fine sand and coarse sand) should be processed through disintegrator and dust separator in automatic plant including screening of sand to desired specification and washing and cleaning of sand with water by aqua wash technology at quarry site.
