Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured). Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 30. i)To achieve 100% Proctor density

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting specified graded Crushed aggregates as granular sub base course as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other coarse material as per design mix, as per CBR, including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixer(Pug mill), carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401] by mechanical means with all lead.

Cleaning the existing WBM/WMM surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes, small picks, sweeping with brooms and soft brushes, finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment [MoRTH Specification : Clause 501 to 503,112]

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 510 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with F.E loader, heating of binder (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 507.3.5 to the required level and grade, rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500 - 18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E. Loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and 3% cement filler with aggregates in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH Transporting the mix material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150 - 250 KN, TP = 0.7 MPa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -509,112) with all lead In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with F.E loader. b) with bitumen grade 60/70 30-45 mm compacted thickness with 6% binder grading - 2 with all lead of mix material Area as per Item No. 8

P & F precast cement concrete M-15 grade kerb over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1 : 6 including jointing with cement mortar 1:4 and painting with enamel paint complete as per MoRTH specification clause:1000 & 1700. (Size 30Cmx30 CM x 15 CM)

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000 & 1700 P.C.C. 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40 mm hand broken aggregate.

Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr x 0.30 Mtr x 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks (measurments shall be made inner to inner side of edge blocks) Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 100mm as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supply of informatory reflective sign boards made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet, stove enamelled paint as per IRC - 67 (latest revision) fixed on angle iron of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm of 3 m long. 600 x 600 mm size parking sign

Supply of Retro-reflective sign boards size 1800x1200 mm made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed with 40mm M.S. black tube (meduim Class) as per IS-1239(part-1) 1979 with inner supppport of M.S. flat 12x3 mm whole structure is fixed with two suppoet each side 75mm long and 40mm MS. black tube on two posts of 60mm dia M.S black tube (meduim Class) as per 1239 part -1 1979 2.03 metre long each and also provision of hold fasts of MS bars 12mm and 25 cm long two on each post. The sheets has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other side retro reflective high intensity and black non reflective letter in non reflective sheet The standard letters and numbrals have to be made as per IRC30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the morth specifications clause. 801 post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Supply of Retro - reflective name board size 600x900 mm made out of 2mm thick aluminiuim sheet fixed on post and frame made out or angle iron 50x50x6 mm , 3mtr long using stainless steel nut bolts of 8mm dia aluminium sheet is covered with high intensity grade Retro - reflective sheeting and non reflective letters in black post duly painted in black and white synthetic enamel complete in all respect, confirming to Morth specification clause.801

Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe (IS marked) 1.20 m long, 75 cm embedded in ground, the in side of pipe shall be filled with cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with semi-circular hump at top, the pipe shall be painted white with enamel paint including transportation etc. complete.
