Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, coarse aggregate 26.5mm nominal size aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. as per MoRTH Specification cl. 601.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated Designer Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/ Yellow/ Red or any other colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.80 mm thick C.C. Interlocking Paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.
