S&F Tube well cover of M.S. Sheet (3.0mm thick) with nut & bolts complete for casing size 150 mm

S&F MS Clamps set of 50 mm wide,12mm thick from flat iron and for the length of 600 mm with nuts and bolts etc.having groove of 50 mm etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of dia 50 mm for submersible pump set.

The MS staging fabricated out of MS angle iron struts of 65x65x5 mm thick size. The height of staging shall be 2.40 m above ground level, and the legs shall be embedded at least 60 cm in ground, in cement concrete block (CC- 1: 2: 4) 45x45x70 cms. The total four nos. struts shall be provided, which shall be braced at three places viz at ground. The bracing shall be MS angle iron 45x45x5 cm. The bracing shall be of MS angle iron 45x45x5 cm. A grid mesh of MS angle iron 45x45x5 cm with center to center distant of maximum 440 cm shall be provided at the top of staging for placing the Moulded PE tank of 1000 liter capacity. This includes, over the grid a MS sheet of 3 mm thickness shall be placed. The struts shall further be extended up to 50 cm above staging and a suitable circular frame of MS flat 50x5 mm shall be provided at this level to hold the Moulded tank firmly against over turning/ sliding.

PART B (INSTALLATION, PIPELINE ETC)

Providing and lowering of HDPE pipe confirming to IS: 4984- 1995 in PE- 63 grade and class- PN 6 as per recommendation of manufacturer for particular duty condition of pumping set including ISI marked necessary GI fitting & PVC rope confirming IS: 5175- 1992, along with clamping of submersible cable (ISI Marked) of appropriate size, so that top of pumping set is minimum 25 m below water level for size nominal sizes (B) 32 mm

Providing and laying of PVC insulated Submersible cable with copper conductor of superior quality including making connection etc. make as mentioned in specification (Make- CCI/ Gloster, Nicco, Finolex, Unitop, BCH and other make as acceptable in PHED Rajasthan) cable size and nos. as per out coming cable for motor:4.0 Sq mm 3 core

Providing and Installation of Single Phase V- 4, five star energy efficient submersible pumping motor pump set made of stainless steel body, IS: 8034- 1989 comprising of submersible motor as per IS: 9583- 1995 approved make KSB/ Crompton Greaves/ Kirlosker/ Texmo/ Pluga/ Shakti/ Calama/ Ujala etc. as acceptable in the department or equivalent only, making connection suitable for Tube Well. The job includes screwing lowering of riser pipes with rope, installation of complete fitting and accessories with riser pipes, jointing of electrical cables & other connection making switch board electrical connection all labour for testing of submersible pump set, complete in all respect but excluding cost of pipe, cable and rope etc for duty condition: (a) Discharge- 25 LPM and Head- 90 m.

Providing and laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cables of 1.1 KV grade with aluminum conductor of IS: 1554 category- II and approved make of including excavation of 30 cmx 75 cm side trench as per IS: 1255- 15 cm thick layer of sand and II class brick covering, refilling earth in remaing portion making necessary connection including testing etc. of required size and core (category- I) make as mentioned in specification (Make- CCI/ Gloster, Nicco, Finolex, Unitop, BCH and other make as acceptable in PHED Rajasthan): 6.0 sqmm- 2 core

Providing and fixing of GI pipes of suitable size including GI fitting and 2 nos. self closing taps with 200 mm thick brick wall in cement mortar 1: 4 to support taps including construction of masonry Platform near Panghat with suitable arrangement for placing bucket or pot and drainage size 0.6 x1.50 m with suitable foundation and 150 mm thick CC 1: 2: 4 flooring

Providing and fixing Moulded Poly Ethylene (PE) storage tank, IS: 1270 marked indicating the BIS license No. of approved make with cover, 25 mm dia 1.0 m long GI over flow pipe and 25 cm long wash out pipe with plug & socket, including making connection etc. complete of approved design, 1000 liters capacity.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase electrical pannel board/ box suitable for running of 7.5 hp submersible pumpset for tubewell having starter mainswitch kitkat fuse ampiermeter voltmeter indicator bulb auto swtich and all over required accessories as per ISI specification complete in all respect
