Providing and fixing of UPVC fixed louvers with Deltra/Lesso make upvc profiles. The outer frame should be 60 X 48mm in size and the upvc louvers (Z shaped) should be of 40-45mm in width and 10mm in thickness. The gaps between louvers should be around 30mm. The angle of inclination of louvers with horizontal plane should be 45 degrees.There should be a provision at the bottom of the UPVC frame for disposal of rain water. The louver should be pre fabricated at the factory and installed at the site and sealed properly with silicone. The upvc frames should be reinforced with 1.00 -1.50mm GI steel. The louver frame should be fized to the existing structural frame/RCC/brickwork or louver opening by using stailnless steel screws.
