CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Ambuja make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Mix of specified grade (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than quantity indicated IS 456 kg/Cum) up to specified level using using PDC conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Ambuja,Birla make) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm/ 6mm maximum size( supplied free of cost through manufacturing at site/ from outside query) including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork as specified and directed.

i) M25 Below plinth level including grade slab,machine foundations, plinth beams of pump house etc., using aggregate free of cost

ii) M25 Above plinth level using max 20mm aggregate for lintels, chajjas,slab, roof beams of pumphouse etc using aggregate free of cost

Providing and Laying in position RMC of Ultratech, Aparna, Charminar make, of grade M20 or 1:2:4 in-situ mixing by Weigh Batcher using Pozzolona Portland Cement conforming to BIS 1489 of brand M/s. ACC, UltraTech, Raasi, Birla, Ambuja using river sand and graded stone aggregates of 40mm maximum size including mixing Superplastizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per manufacturers Specifications, pumping /lifting, concrete to the required locations, concrete laid to proper camber, profile, level / slope / gradient in panels of convenient size by alternate / staggered panels, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, forming Expansion Joints of 12mm thick, providing necessary form work, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed by EIC.

FORM WORK :

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using Film faced plywood of at least 12mm thick Greenply,Woodstock,Indian plywood MFG.Ltd (Anchor), Century,or any other approved make conforming to IS 4990 by EIC to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, steel proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) This item is applicable for all PCC and RCC structural elements like footings/raft, columns, tiebeam, plinth beam, basement slab etc., for all heights/levels. 2) Only steel scaffolding, staging, supporting system to the formwork will have to be used for all RCC structural elements for all floors & at all levels/heights. 3) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiseling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortar (M/s. FOSROC/M/s. Dr. Fixit or other approved make by EIC) at no extra payment. 4) The design and drawings of formwork shall be submitted alongwith calculations for approval before commencement of work. 5) Form finish F3 shall be provided to all exposed surfaces of the concrete. 6) Sacrificial Tie Rod (coil nut) only will be permitted to use in formwork at no extra cost, However, concrete cover should be maintained to the tie rods. (No through and through rods will be permitted)

REINFORCEMENT AND STRUCTURAL STEEL:

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) For Rolled steel sections

b) For plain plates/chequered plates.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI/MS in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239/3589(of not less than pipe thickness to which it is to be connected) of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, for pipe inserts, not less than 6 mm thick with plate for puddle flanges etc placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed for rainwater spouts, vent pipes, EPs for railing, staircase, ladders etc.

BRICK MASONRY :

Brick work using quality flyash (non modular) cement bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints below ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure,closing of pipe ends etc.,

Brick work using quality flyash cement brciks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all heights above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement.

RR MASONARY :

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals etc and plinth at and at all depths below/above finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneousflush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., usingcrushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.

FLOORING :

Providing and laying at all floors and levels Kota stone slab flooring of 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying at all floors and levels first quality glossy/ matt / antiskid/rustic / digital collection etc. ceramic tile flooring as per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below conforming to IS 15622 of M/s Somani,Khajaria/Jhonson&jhonson/AGL laid in cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed and grouted with cement slurry, jointing with matching coloured cement of colour of the tiles, pattern and design finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/cutout if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc.complete all as per drawing specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. a) In flooring with rustic/matt finished of 300x300 mm, 600 x 600mm or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 M.sand) b) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 using M sand as backing. c) Anti skid ceramic tile with 200X150 mm or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. In dado / clading with tile of size 200x 150 mm or size as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing . Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

For Flooring using 600 mm X 600 mm Size tiles

Cement concrete flooring IPS 40 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse Msand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 10mm thick nominal stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, including the cost of nosing of steps for gas bank etc. of guest house etc. complete.

"Providing & laying homogenous Parking tiles of Kajaria/HR Johnson/Somani/Pavit or any other approved equivalent in footpaths approaches and other location, in approved pattern as shown in drawing and laid over 20mm cement mortar (1 : 4) bedding including cleaning and preparing the surface for bedding, and fixing the tiles over the repaired bedding mortar, finished to level, line, slope and plumb, cutting of tiles, wastage, making openings /cut out if neccesary, final cleaning of surfaces, curing, at all locations, levels and lead etc., complete all as per drawings,specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge . Note : Grouting should be carried out using epoxy grout.

In Flooring with 400x400mm (thickness as per manufacturer's specifications) size tile laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

PLASTERING AND POINTING:

Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, including making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

PAINTING:

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives -Ultima protek of asian make a Dulux professional water shield flexx or equivalent and including priming coat of exterior primer (asian paints damp proof advance) applied as per manufacturer's specifications. Note:- 1. Rates should be qouted inclusive of 1 coat of primer and removing old paint by using scrubbing machine, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete is also included. 2. Rates are inclusive of scaffolding required at all heights.

Painting with 3 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint (including primer) interior grade of tractor emulsion of Asian make or equivalent quality of /Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc.,(interior paint) including scaffolding upto height of 10 m, removing whitewash/color wash/old paint, if any, by scrapping with scrubbing machine, sand papering, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Removing old paint by using scrubbing machine, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete is also included. 2. Rates are inclusive of scaffolding required at all heights.

Providing & applying white cement based putty in two coats of average thickness of 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall including preparation of surface complete as specified and directed

Public Health Items

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (SDR-11) conforming to IS 15778 of Ashirvad/Supreme or approved make, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe on exposed/recessed/underground surfaces to correct line, level, plumb using clamps as directed. This includes removing of existing pipes and fixtures if required, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, teflon tape, cost of cutting chases wherever required and making good the same with cement concrete/mortar, cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition including testing of joints at cerain locations complete as specified and directed concealed/exposed including cutting chases and making good the walls.

Providing and fixing approved quality 6 mm thick plate glass mirror of various sizes with 6 mm thick marine ply back including painting the ply wood with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of primer and teak wood moulded frame work of size of 40mm x 20mm alround , polishing the frame with 3 coat of french polish after preparation and making the surface very smooth and final mealamine spray finish, including providing & fixing rawal plug in wall / RCC, drilling screw holes, wooden packing if necessary etc., complete all as ditected by EIC

Providing uPVC Floor Trap (Multifloor trap of 110 x 75 x 50 size of Supreme make Cat No. NSPHMTS04L / NSPHMT005L and 3 pc top tile & flush strainer, mat finish of Supreme make Cat No. NSPHTT201L/NSPHTT200L.) / Nahani Trap of following size having not less than 40 mm effective water seal, fixing the trap in position and connecting with waste water pipe by cement solvent / as per manufacturer's recommandation, embedding the trap in cement concrete 1:2:4 to correct level and gradient, providing and fixing 200 x 200 mm size top tile with central strainer & flat cover / flush strainer, closing the side inletes with plugs if required etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

WATERPROOFING :

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of average thickness of 110mmm ( minimum 65mm thick) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates are inclusive of breaking existing coba if any.

Waterproofing Treatment - Roof /Gutter etc Providing water proofing treatment to the roof/gutter or any other required surface with cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating over one coat of crystallization coating system Pidilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make in the following sequence: a) Cleaning the surfaces from dirt, dust and other contaminations. b) Identifying the areas of leakage by approved means. c) Pressure grouting the area of leakage with cement slurry admixed with expansive grouting additive Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make at @225 gm/bag of cement at a minimum one grout point per 2 Sqm slab area. d) Exposing, cleaning and filling cracks observed in RCC slab/any concrete surface with polymer modified mortar compound/Dr. Fixit PU sealant of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make. e) Cutting 'V' grooves along concrete and masonry junctions and filling the same with single part Polyurethane sealant,Dr. Fixit PU sealant of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make.. f) Pre wetting the surface of slab and application of one coat ofcrystallization coating system of Dr. Fixit Polyplus CP of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make. g) Applying Efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer, Dr. Fixit Primeseal of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 at a coverage of 8-10 Sqm/Lit. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra waterproof coating of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre/Sq.mt/Coat and lay Fiber mesh on the entire surface while the coating is still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours and then apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make waterproof coating without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre/Sq.mt/ Coat. All as per approved manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

ROOF SHEETING :

Supplying and fixing 3mm thick FRP Translucent sheets made from Thermo setting polyster Resin (Glass Fibre reinforced) UV Resistant, of confirming to BIS 12866 including all overlaps, mitering, fixing with GI J or L Hook bolt and nuts of 8mm dia along with required PU washers or powder coated self tapping screws etc., required for leak proof joints, cutting the sheets to the required size including safety net, roof walk ladders etc., complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(for straight /bend profile as per directions of EIC)

XIV: MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, L&T or any approved equivalent along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

Designing, engineering, providing and fixing in position fully sealed and air, water and weather tight structural glazing system comprising of framing system (mullions, transoms etc.) made from extruded, powder coated (min. 30 microns in approved colour) aluminium alloy HE9WP (conforming to IS:733) of commercial quality, free from all defects/ impairing appearance especially selected to fulfill the design requirements spelt out in the specifications; machine cut glass infill panels (of size as per the design) made of 6mm thick hard coated (Glaverbel Stopsol or approved equivalent in Super Silver dark Blue or approved shade) reflective toughened glass, the glazed framing panel formed by means of special structural quality silicone adhesive sealant applied on all four sides (between glazing panel unit and aluminium alloy framing system) and fixed to framing system. ACP CLADDING :- Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design by NFC. Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel of make ALUDECOR /VIVA/Alstrong/Alstone sheet or equiavlent with Tray System cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding shall be done with Aluminum framming section with 25x50mm 1.5mm thk Brand Jindal /Hindalco or equivalent natural colour with necessary screws and hardware for complete system.The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete including scaffolding , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

STRUCTURAL WORK FOR ELEVATION: Supply Fabrication and Erection of structural steel work using 50mm x50mm Tubuler section IS4923 as per Apollo,TATA Structure,Jindal pipe or equivalent , at all heights above plinth level as per Design including supplying of steel sections cutting,fabricating using welding/ bolts,using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Phillips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source complete as specified and directed.

Providing and Fixing Gypsum Suspended ceiling or Fixed wall by fixing the side which includes GI Perimeter channels along the perimeter of ceiling, or fixed structure screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screw. then suspending GI Intermediate channels size from the soffit at 1220 mm with celing angel of width 25mmX10 mm for ceiling and fixed as per required size aviliable in market for fixed Wall. The surface should be finshed with 12.5mm gypboard plain ( Conforming to IS 2095 part 1) screw fixed in ceiling or wall section with drywall screws at required centre to centre, Screw fixing is done mechanically either with scre driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Filled the gapes with required putty and make the surface plain and smooth .

GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive polyurethane paint, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of shrinkhomp-30N/Sqmm of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent mixed with filler like sand in 1:1, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.
