Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:2:4 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 300 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) at all heights and depths using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the same as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including PVC cover blocks etc., if required, at all depths/heights for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161 in built up sections, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,), framed work, mezzanine, ladder, trestles, PEB structure (Bracings, Struts, walkway platforms, staircase etc.), including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 3 (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed Note:1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. 2) One additional coat (Third coat) of paint as per specifications shall be applied on Structural Steel after erection and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at following depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing 600mmX600mm glazed vitrified tiles/double charge vitrified tiles of polished/matte finish conforming to IS 15622 for flooring ( thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.): 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with spacers and epoxy grout of matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut, leathered cut, honed Granite stone for floor/treads/ risers /steps / dado/ ramps/window sills/jambs/washbasin platforms etc. of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand)/ 12 mm thick, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse crushed stone sand) cement mortar/chemical adhesive, joints treated with epoxy grout, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels for including cost of single/double nosing, making 3 no of grooves for saircase treads etc. all complete as specified and as directed.

Applying of Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or equivalent, including one coat of primer as per paint manufacturer's sepcifications. Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC SPUN PIPES of class and internal dia mentioned below conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

a) 150mm NB NP-2

Re-fixing in position 300mm dia MS fire pipeline either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations including Carbon Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / ER-308L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports, pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint of make M/s Asian Berger over one coat of zinc chromate primer after proper surface preparation, pipelines to be DP tested and hydraulically tested segment wise at a pressure of 15 bar followed by flushing and commissioning including cost of all consumables, labour, etc., complete as directed by EIC. Note: Pipe to be fixed shall be either by supplied by department or pipe dismantled in the respective item shall be used. However, the fittings, fixtures, gaskets, welding electrodes, other consumables, paint etc., required for re-fixing of pipe shall be in the scope of contractor at no extra cost.

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level.

Providing and fixing CI gratings conforming to IS 1729 for RCC hume pipe entry mouth etc. including chasing making holes in existing masonary concrete surfaces, refiling with cement concrete 1:2:4 reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint , all in level and line complete as directed and specified for RCC hume pipe mouth etc.

Providing and fixing Ductile Iron gratings of required size with or without frame conforming to BS 497/BS EN 124 withstanding load upto 400KN and depth of frame upto 125mm of make Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd or equivalent including chasing making holes in existing surfaces, reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint , all in level and line complete as directed and specified.

Providing and fixing weep hole upvc pipe of Type-A conforming to IS 13592, including bends, cutting the pipe to required length, making chases in the wall, placing the pipe and making good the same, complete as specified and directed.

Flushing/cleaning of bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge up to 150m depth

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Laying interlocking paver block supplied by department, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone supplied by department in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed for RCC pedestals.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks along with kerbstone from footpath including removing of mortar, sand, rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead, complete as specified and directed.

Removing very carefully the existing MS/GI/CI pipe of various dia upto 300mm for various services lines with all fittings and fixtures etc., cutting the pipeline after shutdown, stacking with in a lead of 50 m, including providing dummy flanges with approporiate gasket to the remaining pipe.

Providing 20mm wide Expansion Joints in pavement slabs as per std. No. 7-65-0404 including cleaning the joints of all loose material , filing with 20mm thick impregnated fibre boards for the full depth of slab except for 25mm depth from top and sealing the top 25mm with approved Joint Sealing Compound as per IS:1834 Type-B etc. all complete as per drawings, specfications and directions of Engineer-in -Charge.

For Type-1 pavement (Upto and inclusive of thickness of 250mm). (Including providing and laying MS dowel bar of 32mm dia and cover with plastic shealth for 60% length from one end of dowel bar , painting as required , G.I pipe and cap and cotton waste).

Providing joints in pavements and around foundations as per standard including cleaning the joints of all loose materials and sealing with sealing compound conforming to IS:1834 Type B as required etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directons of Engineer-in-Charge .
