Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, including making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

PAINTING:

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives -Ultima protek of asian make or Dulux professional water shield flexx or equivalent and including priming coat of exterior primer (asian paints damp proof advance) applied as per manufacturer's specifications. Note:- 1. Rates should be qouted inclusive of 1 coat of primer and removing old paint by using scrubbing machine, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete is also included. 2. Rates are inclusive of scaffolding required at all heights.

Providing and applying textured finished paint by applying one coat of exterior pimer, 2-3mm thick coat of acrylic modified product of Asianpaints-apex ezytex or approved equivalent, creating the required pattern by using trowel/spatula, drying, applying two-three coats of Asian paints Ultima protek or approved equivalent, including surface preparation, cleaning the surface and filling of any holes, crevices using putty, all material, tools, machinery at all heights, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & applying white cement based putty in two coats of average thickness of 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall including preparation of surface complete as specified and directed

IV: MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

UPVC Fins :- Providing & Ficing UPVC fins of size 50X100 mm with wall thickness of min 2mm screw Including Stiffeners at every 1.5m or as per design , including fixing to brick wall/Concrete with nylon sleeves & SS screws at distance as per drawings complete to correct line and levels including scaffolding etc. complete as specified and directed .

SHERA BOARD WALL CLADDING :- Providing & fixing decorative surface profile 8mm thick Shera Board external wall cladding which includes Aluminium perimeter channels along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall with nylon sleeves & SS screws at 610 mm centre. The Aluminium framework of size 25mm X 50 mm(1.5mm thick) and SS 304 screws fixed to framework with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centre painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of required shade and one coat of putty if required including cutting the sheets to required size, providing extra frame work around light fittings fixed with necessary clips and accessories to correct line and levels including scaffolding etc. complete as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of backlit letters/alphabets of size 24inches to 30 inches in Hindi/English of following sizes made of Satinless Steel 304 with titanium finish.

WALL CLADDING TILES :- Providing & fixing exterior wall tiles glossy/rustic/matt finish conforming to IS 15622 ( thickness as specified by manufacturer) of size 200X300/300mmX600mm/ or size as per arch drawing of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria or approved equivalent of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid using high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive MYK laticrete-335 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15477, grouting joints with epoxy grout of desired shade, including making the existing plastered surface rough, removal of paint if any, dacffolding at all heights. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily, complete as directed by EIC.

STRUCTURAL GLAZING :- Designing, engineering, providing and fixing in position fully sealed and air, water and weather tight structural glazing system comprising of framing system (mullions, transoms etc.) made from extruded, powder coated (min. 30 microns in approved colour) aluminium alloy HE9WP (conforming to IS:733) of commercial quality, free from all defects/ impairing appearance especially selected to fulfill the design requirements spelt out in the specifications; machine cut glass infill panels (of size as per the design) made of 6mm thick hard coated (Glaverbel Stopsol or approved equivalent in Super Silver dark Blue or approved shade) reflective toughened glass, the glazed framing panel formed by means of special structural quality silicone adhesive sealant applied on all four sides (between glazing panel unit and aluminium alloy framing system) and fixed to framing system. The item includes fixing the framing system to the RCC framed structure/ brick walls by providing and fixing necessary Aluminium brackets (with flexible joints), bolts, anchors, other fastening devices etc. (made from Stainless Steel grade 316, rivets and pins of aluminium alloy of appropriate grade as required) self locking type and torque tightening type; also including providing smooth membrane of Teflon (Min. 1.0 mm thickness), providing (at all joints of the framing, glazed panels as well as joints between aluminium frame with concrete and/ or masonry) of adhesive silicon sealant and superior quality approved make EDPM gaskets, preparation of fabrication drawings etc. all complete as directed by EIC.

ACP CLADDING :- Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design by NFC. Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel of make ALUDECOR /VIVA/Alstrong/Alstone sheet or equiavlent with Tray System cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding shall be done with Aluminum framming section with 25x50mm 1.5mm thk Brand Jindal /Hindalco or equivalent natural colour with necessary screws and hardware for complete system.The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete including scaffolding , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

GRANITE WORK :- Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone for window sills of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick, 1:4 cement mortar for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels for stair case & counter wash basin etc. complete as specified and directed.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK : Supply Fabrication and Erection of structural steel work using 50mm x50mm Tubuler section IS4923 as per Apollo,TATA Structure,Jindal pipe or equivalent , at all heights above plinth level as per Design including supplying of steel sections cutting,fabricating using welding/ bolts,using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Phillips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source complete as specified and directed.
