Notes:
i) The excavated soft and hard rock materials shall be crushed to a grain size (as decided by users) by an automated/compact electrically operated crusher machine installed at site.
ii) Crushing to a grain size shall also include Manufacturing of Fine / Crushed Aggregates of required size and grading confirming to IS: 383/ IS: 2116 from available rock and excavated, making aggregate by using stone crusher and sieves/screens or equivalent machinery/equipment suitable for making Concrete/ mortar of various Grades as per IS: 456 / 2250 including, testing the aggregates, all consumables, labour, tools and tackles,permits, protective measures for air borne pollution like sprinkling water, all lifts, etc complete as directed. iii) Providing, Installation, Operation and maintanace of crusher and other machinery of required capacity with all permits are in the scope of contractor and no extra payment shall be payable for this. iv) The crusher machine shall be dismantled and taken away from the site after the work is completed at contractor's own cost.
v) The contractor shall clean the area on which crusher machine is installed and make it to original condition without any extra cost to the department.
vi) Making banking for road formation using crushed aggregates
vii) clearing vegetation if any for lifting the stones for crushing.
a) Beyond 150m initial lead & within campus
Notes:
i) Voids @ 20% for soils/crushed materials and 50% for soft rock/hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.
