Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Disposal of surplus excavated materials including crushing of cut pieces/boulders of soft/hard rock, loading, transporting, unloading, Filling and levelling plinth , sides of foundation etc., in identified low lying areas within campus iusing mobile crusher, collecting the stone boulders/pieces, crushing the bolders using mobile crushers or any approved machinery, transporting the crushed material by mechanical means within the campus, spreading & filling in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering, consolidation using roller to obtain 90% proctor density and levelling including stacking the surplus crushed materials at the designated location as shown etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: i) The excavated soft and hard rock materials shall be crushed to a grain size (as decided by users) by an automated/compact electrically operated crusher machine installed at site. ii) Crushing to a grain size shall also include Manufacturing of Fine / Crushed Aggregates of required size and grading confirming to IS: 383/ IS: 2116 from available rock and excavated, making aggregate by using stone crusher and sieves/screens or equivalent machinery/equipment suitable for making Concrete/ mortar of various Grades as per IS: 456 / 2250 including, testing the aggregates, all consumables, labour, tools and tackles,permits, protective measures for air borne pollution like sprinkling water, all lifts, etc complete as directed. iii) Providing, Installation, Operation and maintanace of crusher and other machinery of required capacity with all permits are in the scope of contractor and no extra payment shall be payable for this. iv) The crusher machine shall be dismantled and taken away from the site after the work is completed at contractor's own cost. v) The contractor shall clean the area on which crusher machine is installed and make it to original condition without any extra cost to the department. vi) Making banking for road formation using crushed aggregates vii) clearing vegetation if any for lifting the stones for crushing. a) Beyond 150m initial lead & within campus Notes: i) Voids @ 20% for soils/crushed materials and 50% for soft rock/hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Supplying and filling of good earth/borrow soil from outside by mechanical transport also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in top/bottom/sides of foundation, reservors, road formation, etc. Complete for all leads as available from approved source of query.

Lead charges within NFC-Kota township for additional lead over the initial lead by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @ 50%.

Plum concrete with M-10 cement concrete, using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level to be filled in all interstices (not less than 150mm) with plums not exceeding 50 percent of total volume of plum concrete and stone size shall be between 200 to 300 mm and shall be hard durable and tough. The water cement ratio shall be adjusted at site to maintain the flowability of concrete to fill all the interstices properly laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:2:4 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of grade M-15 using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 300 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 25 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 340 Kg/Cum) at all heights and depths using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required to correct line and level as per drawings with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly, with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof, and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed, applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete, including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, jalli, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161 in built up sections, framed work, mezzanine, ladder, trestles, gates, fencing etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint of make Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 1 (one) coat of red oxide/zinc chromate primer of make Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at all height/depth with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at following depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for services, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing pitching of 225mm thickness to the slopes of earth using approved stones, excavating/forming the earth to required slopes, levels, gradient etc., to form the base, laying the stones and raking of joints as specified, including curing and scaffolding etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing Flush/ Ruled Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine river sand) including preperation of surface complete as specified and directed.

Supplying, lowering, laying 300mm NB NP-2 RCC SPUN PIPES conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing, testing and painting as per color code of NFC heavy quality (Class ‘C’) 75mm M. S. GALVANISED PIPE as per IS:1239 (TATA/Jindal or equivalent make) including heavy quality HB fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion except screwed flanges confirming to IS:1239 and also as per the code of practice of water supply in buildings IS:2065, laying under the floors, making holes/chasing in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original condition including cost of all jointing material like hemp yarn, white or red lead/Teflon tape, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement and painting with two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint for embedded portion and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate/red oxide primer etc., complete including pressure testing the pipes with clean water as per specifications and connecting to existing supply lines or fittings and fixtures as the case may be.
