Steel work with railway steel in rolled sections fixed with connecting plates or angle cleat with 2 bearing plates (As in main and crossbeams, hip and jack rectors, purlines connected to common rafters, grillage with or without stiffeners, and the like) including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position complete. Note:- Steel will be provided by railway. Lead more than one Km will be paid under relevant USSOR item.

Laying of blanket layer in embankment / cutting with contractor's own blanket material of suitable quality as per railway's specifications and approved L- section. The item mainly includes manufacturing of blanket material confirming to specifications as per special conditions of contract either by blending two or more 3 materials or crushing rocks / boulders, mixing required water, transporting to site, spreading with tractor mounted grader or paver finisher in uniforms layers of 200 mm to 300 mm thickness and to approved camber adding water or allowing to dry to achieve pre-decided optimum moisture contents i.e. OMC, compacting the layers with contractor's own self driven vibratory roller till specified field dry density is achieved, dressing of cess of bank to approved profile etc.

Casting, supplying and transporting precast reinforced concrete concerete sllab in M-25 design mixfor RCC box including launching during traffic block or without traffic block etc, as per approved design 4 and drawing with contractor's own materials such as sand, water, 6 mm to 20 mm well graded machine crushed stone aggregate, admixtures etc. including machine mixing of all ingradients, placing, mechanical vibrating, curing etc. and providing, shuttering, centring, formwork and handling, transporting to bridge sites including loading and unloading with contractor's own labour and equipments, all lead, lift, royalties, taxes etc. complete in all respect except cost of reinforcement and cement which will be paid separately under relevant USSOR items

Casting and transporting precast reinforced cement boxes and concrete U-Type/L-Type retaining wall segments in M30/35 design nix near IS site with machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated concrete. design mix including the cost of shuttering, centering, finishing, admixture, requlred, as per IS: 5 9103 to setting retard concrete/improve workability without impairing strength durability and Engineer-in- dircction charge. Only machine mixed and automatic weight batched concrete/ concrete produced by Fiori shall be used during entire work. The conerete shall be placed with the help of mechanical means only Rates are inclusive of ail the labour materials, transportng to bridge site including loading unloading with contractor's own labour and equpnents curing. machinery, tools, plants, taxes etc. conplete in all respect except cost of reinforcement cement which will be paid separatel under relevant USSOR items.

NS/6 : Placement / Launching of Precast reinforced Cement Concrete segmental box 6 units/Base slab/ retaining wall with the help of suitable capacity road crane at desired location during traffic block with all contactor's labour, tools and material, crane, machinery, preparation of surface as directed by Engineer including filling of joints by epoxy mortar and laying of required layer of sand with cost of epoxy and sand, all material and labour, tools, plants, machinery, all lead, lift etc. complete.
