This item isinclusive of allfittings andaccessories suchas:- a.- Long fishplates. b.-H.T.S.bolts & nuts. c.-Punch washer.d.-Insulated bushes.e.-Insulatedchannels.f.- 6mm thick endposts. g.-Glue. h.-Hardner. i.- Glasscloth carrier andall the materialsand fittings 2 forcleaning andassemblingexcluding rail. j.-Any other fittingsand accessoriesrequired tofabricate"In situGlued Joint" in allrespects as perRDSO Drg. No.- T-671/T-2572 andspecification NS3 200 Each 20747.11 At Par 4149422.00 contained inmanual for In situglued joint. Note:-i) In -Situ gluedjoints shall bechecked forinsulation as perthe Railway'ssatisfaction. Theglued joint shouldbehavesatisfactorily for aminimum up to 6(Six)months fromthe date of laying.In case of anydefects detectedin this period, theglued joints shallhave to bereplaced. Securitymoney shall onlybe released aftercertificationfromSite in chargeregardingsatisfactorybehavior of allglued jointsminimum up to sixmonths from thedate of laying.
