NS-03 Supply, fabrication, installation and fixing of panel operator consol with arrangement to fix upto 55" VDU's - 2Nos. Reset boxes, and other S&T gadgets. This shall be made of 3 not less than 18mm thick playwood/novopan or better materials which is termite and water proof with storage facility of approved colors with contractors' materials, lead, lift and manpower as per the instructions of engineer in charge and as per the enclosed drawing with One Chair (Godrej Make) Model PCH7001 Inspection:-Consignee.

NS-04 "Fixing of Electrical high thrust (220mm) point machine on the extended sleepers at thick web point as per section of rails used. Item included fixing of switch extension bracket, fixing ground connection, adjusting opening of the switches and adjusting of the point machine with crank handle .The item also includes (i) Complete material for installation of point machines and fixing of ground connection/switches extension bracket like point insulator materials, S pipe, wiring materials Various fixing nuts & bolts including casting nuts, spring washers, etc. (ii) All smithy & fitting works required at site for complete installation. (iii) Installation of gauge tie plate & providing insulation for gauge tie plate. (iv)Wiring inside the point machine, insertion and termination of tail cable in point machine and junction box /cable hut as per extent practice of WCR and the instruction of railway Engineer at site. (v) Supply and fixing of suitable Size GI pipes with flange for taking cable in to point machine. Electricals point machine, ground connection and M6 Screw less terminals will be supplied by Railways,covered in Schedule separately. Inspection :- Consignee."

NS-06 "Supply of Electric track drilling machine equipment consisting of Heavy duty 6 electric track drilling machine works on 110V 50 Hz AC with suitable interchangeable track mounting stand with depth adjusting facility . Make of heavy duty electric drilling machine is of Rallies or Wolf or Bosch only Firm's Offer:MAKE/BRAND:Bosch machine model no 13-20230 volt mac. Inspection agency : Consignee."

NS-08 "Fixing and wiring of Distilled water plant including connection with water supply line, supply, fixing and wiring of 16 Amps power supply board with change over switch for local/AT (and DG supply if required) by 7/0.29 wire from local Main/AT/DG supply through PVC pipe and execution of strengthening ,rearrangement,masonry,plumbing and all other work as specified by 8 the railway site engineer.Material such as wire (7/0.29), PVC pipe, power supply board,,GI pipe as required, Tap for water supply,cement adn all other materials required for the above work including distilled water plant shall be supplied by the contractor. Note: 80% payment made after supply of material(this amount will be paid as per payment clause of supply of materials as para 16.3 of payment clause of chapter-4 in tender document) and balance 20% payment made after commissioning of above work. "
