The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work, each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Detailed monetary values mentioned include: - Rs. 1 crore for works estimated to cost up to this amount, with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. - Rs. 1 crore as the maximum bid security. - Rs. 2 lakh plus 0.5% of the excess cost beyond Rs. 1 crore for works costing more than Rs. 1 crore. - Rs. 20 crores for tender value, above which the bidder needs to submit a statement showing construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year, with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 500 crores for a public listed company. - Rs. 50 lakh for subletting of work, below which no previous work experience is required for subcontractors. - Rs. 2 crore, a component in a composite work is considered separate only when its cost exceeds this amount.
