P/F Ist quality Vitrified Porcelain Polished tiles on floor skirting and steps etc. in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20mm thick C.M. 1:4 including grouting the joints white cement and matching pigment etc. complete size 600mmx600mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality MAT finished ceremic tiles size 400x 400 mm confirming to IS: 13755 & IS: 15622 colour such as white, grey, Ivory, fume red brown in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry including nicely finished joints using water proof joint filler powder and finishing with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

Providing and fixing Ist quality standard White/ ivory,grey, fuma red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades Glazed Tiles of (confirming to IS : 13753 & IS 13622) of size 300 mm x 450 mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls & pillars ).

Add extra for using coloured dark shade tiles instead of white /ivory /light grey/ light green/sky blue /light brown and other ligh shade colours

Add extra for plaster over item no cement mortar 1:4

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work including prepration of base with primer putty lippy complete in all respect.

Providing and layiny in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC Structure elements upto floor three level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement ; 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets columns pillars pears abutments posts struts etc.M20 grade Design mix (with weight batching plant only)

Centering & shuttering with steel plates including strutting , propping, barcing both ways with wooden members and removal of form work up to floor three level for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings staircases, balconies, girders, cantilevers, bands, coping bed plates, anchor blockes sills, chhajjas, lintel, beams etc.

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position in binding (including cost of binding wire ) all complete up to floor three level Thermo mechanically treated bars (conforming to relevant IS:1786.)

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab thickness 16 - 18 mm mirror polished and machine cut in walls, pillars, steps, shelves, counter, floors etc. laid on 12 mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 White cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the granite slab complete including rubbing and polishing of.Jhunjhunu/Jalore(Red/Choclate colour) Above 3601 cm2 Slabs

Extra for providing edge moulding to 16 - 18 mm thick marble stone counters . vantities etc. Over item No. 7.1 & 7.2 including machines polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete as per design approved by Engineer - in- charge.

Providing & fixing anodized aluminium work (anodizing to be got done from approved anodizer) for doors, windows, ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS : 733 & IS: 1285 anodized transperent 81 dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 (Minimum anodic coating grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gap at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/Stainless steel screws, Al. Tower bolt & Al handle & Al drop etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately).For fixed portions.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade) particle board Grade I, Type II conforming to IS:12823 bonded formaldehyde synthetic resin of approved brand and manufacture in paneling fixed in alluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P., brass/ stainless steel screws etc.complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer Incharge. Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

P&F expanded grill made of anodised aluminium as per design and drawing having members section of 7.5mm x 6.0mm and opening of size 50 mm x 50 mm to aluminium window/vent with required screws, Y and H aluminium sec (as per drawing) at the ends and middle joints respectively complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-Incharge

S/F fixed wire gauge of stainless steel of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the aluminium beading 20x3 mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150 mm distance at all hight with all lead and lift with scaffolding.

P&F brass lock without handle for Aluminium door, of approved quality, make & design as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
