Providing & fixing Wooden veener false ceiling comprising of the following: 4mm thick veneer finish ( Duro group B) over 12mm thick commercial ply (Century/ Green/ Kitply/ Garnet) with hard wood (Beeachwood) frame of required section fixed to wall & ceiling with necessary nails & screws as required and as per drawing. Veneer Make: Duro , Commercial Ply Make: Century/ Green/ Kitply/ Garnet veneer finish wood beading all around as required. Including all necessary nails, glues, teak wood lipping, , wood preservative paint, fire retardant paint, brushed steel hinges for trap door shutter including making opening for lights, AC grills etc. complete as per design and drawing. Supply installation testing and commissioning fix chair, fabricate theater seating as per following specification (i)SEAT REST ASSEMBLY:- The seat rest assembly is 1.2+0.1cm thk. Flat plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP-QLTA-P14-18 eith mulded polyurethane foam & upholstered with 3 layered foam laminated fabric. TIPUP (ii)BACKREST ASSEMBLY:-The backrest assembly is made up of a M.S tubular frame in-situ moulded with polyurethane foam. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort at upright . (iv)ARMREST:The armrest is made up of integral Polyurethane Foam with 65+/-10 Shore'A' Hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The armrest is avalible in two options-with and without cup holder. (v) SIDE PANEL/AISLE PANEL:-The chair rests on the ground on two side panels frames made of 0.25+0.020thk CR steel,Each side Panel is clad with two fabric upholstered particle board of 0.9cm thk. The side panel frame is grouted to the floor using 2 Nos. anchors for each panel throught the 05+0.05cm.thk HR steel base plate. (vi) PWODER COATING:All steel componets are epoxy polyester powder coated(DFT40-60microns (vii)UPHOLSTERY FABRIC:The 3 layered foam laminated fabric of required and approvd by engineer incharge. ( The sample will be approved by the engineer incharge/commitee/HOD)
