S&F in renewal of indoor blower fan motor, single phase, 230 Volt of split type AC Suitable for 1.5 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of discharge line (5/8") copper pipe or suitable size as per existing dia and length with Nitrile Rubber protection as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of metal clad socket 2P+E for all type of AC's as per existing Make and size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in renewal of running capacitor combo 50+6 mfd for split type AC's of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to leaking area of split type AC unit of capacity 2.0/1.5 TR including dehydration, gas charging of gas R22/R410A/R-32 as applicable, pressure check & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of Refrigerant gas (R-22/R-410A/R-32) shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Empty /filled cylinder shall be responsibility of contractor and contractor shall liable for all risk against the same.

S&F in renewal of outdoor unit fan blade as per existing Make and model suitable for Split type AC of Capacity 1.5 TR complete all as Specified and directed.

M&L for repair / servicing of existing UPS incuding dismantling electric connection and cleaning of realy junction point, connection & testing of UPS including replacement of U/S part of 05 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Minor item / spares parts shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate & not to be paid separtely .

M&L for servicing and maintenance of split type AC's of capacity 1 TR/ 1.5 TR/ 2.0 TR comprising of the following works & installed at different locations including testing, painting of outdoor unit including writting MES Nos with black synthetic enamel paint (height of letters not less than 10mm) on indoor and outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Checking and rectifying the Indoor/outdoor units for noise free operation. (ii) Checking and rectifying the electrical connection for tightness. (iii) Cleaning the Out-door unit condenser and In-door unit cooling coil with air blower and latest technology cleaning system. (iv) Greasing/Oiling of condenser fan motor and blower motor. (v) Checking and rectifying for any kind of refrigerant leakage. (vi) Checking the serviceability of remote control unit. Note:- (i) Any parts found unserviceable/defective rectified/changed shall be measured and paid separately under respectively item (here-in-after) of BOQ. (ii) Make of parts shall be as per original & Genuine make of AC. (iii) Make(s) of AC's to be repaired are specified in Appx 'B'. (iv) Providing Common tools, Special Tools, latest cleaning devices and Connected accessories is the responsibility of contractor.

S&F in renewal of insulation for Split AC Copper Tube 1/2 inch with Nitrile rubber insulation tube of OD thickness 10mm and length 6 ft per piece (minimized heat gain and loss, Good condensation control) followed with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of insulation for Split AC Copper Tube 1/4 inch with Nitrile rubber insulation tube of OD thickness 10mm and length 6 ft per piece (minimized heat gain and loss, Good condensation control) followed with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket and including one MCB SPN 20 Amp, 240 Volt, MCB, 'C' curve type with AC box, rupturing capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of burnt compressor of capacity 1.5 TR of split type ACs unit and re-fixing the same after renewal from the company make original compressor as per existing Make & Model of rotary type including gas charging complete all as specified and directed.
