Supply and fixing TPN distribution board 4 way vertical type double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with powder coating flush/surface mounting with copper Bus bar suitable rating with neutral bar and earth bar and cable tie for cable management, IP-54 protection and provision and including MCCB 4 pole 100 Amp, 16 KA as incomer and MCBs as outgoing, dust and vermin proof complete as per IEC 61439-3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for submain wiring comprising single core, 2 Runs of 6.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduit of size min 25mm dia ISI marked and its fittings concealed in floor/roof / wall complete including provision of 01x6.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade as earth wire and using color code as per IS complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Meter of pipe including fitting and 3 runs of single core cable shall be measured as unit Runing meter. Additional wire/cable required for connecting to MCB shall be included in overall cost quoted.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board, HT/LT equipments, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. S & F evaporative air coolers (desert coolers) as per IS 3315: 2019, minimum air capacities 4000 cum per hour, sump tank capacity 80 litres, cooling efficiency not less than 65%, maximum power consumption 280 watts, plastic body, noise level not more than 65 dBA at 1 m distance complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher and warranty card as recommended by manufacturer. Supply & installing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation having input & output voltage, Amps, Over & low voltage cutout and timer delay function etc digital display single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA with wall mounting bracket complete all as specified and as directed. Note (a) Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher and warranty card as recommended by manufacturer.

(a) S & F split type Heat Pump water with following components including installation testing and commissioning Outdoor Air cooled Integrated or split type Heat Pump with recirculation mode having minimum compressor capacity 1.5/2.0 HP, hermetically sealed with environmental friendly refrigerant. At Rated heating Capacity, the heat pump must be able to deliver hot water at 65˚C (outlet temperature), at the rate not less than 120 litre per hour at minimum water inlet temperature of 4˚C and outlet temperature of 60˚C, and minimum 150 to 200 litre per hour in hybrid mode. The ratio of Rated output heating capacity to Rated Input Power should be such that COP of the machine is not less than 3.0 and must have Back-up heater power of not less than 6.0 kW and rated power input of not more than 1.3 kW. The heat pump shall have water storage tank of capacity (having internal glass lining) not less than 450 litre. Qty- 01 No. (b) S & F pressure pump having SS-304 impellers driven pump having flowof 5000 LPH and head to 30 mtr with all accessories coupled to motor. 1/3 phase 2900 RPM with 24ltrs of pressure vessel having working arrangement (1W). Qty- 01 Set. (c) S & F water heater, having capacity of 455 ltrs with blue diamond glass lined puff injected insulated tank having capacity of 455 ltrs, having glass coated electric heating elecments to avoid any scaling and 50 mm foam insulation. Heating tank should have the electrical elements of atleast 6 KW in total and should be glass lined. Qty- 01 Set. NOTE: (i) Heat pump should have all the safety protections like high/low voltage, high temperature, refrigerant leak, compressor overheat protection with operational noise level not more than 60 dbA. (ii) Heat pump should have a user friendly control panel to set the desired temperature with display of the actual temp also with flexibility of installing the same 15-30 m away from the heat pump.

Material & labour for providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam of minimum compacted thickness 50mm, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 @ and binder content of 4 % by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per clause 505 MORTH (5th revision) specification and as directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 4 % VG-30 bitumen content, Job mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH ( 5th revision) for BM shall be worked out from any Govt Lab/Govt Engg college/CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the contractor and same shall be submit for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before execution. The cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 50/kg of binder and NO adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) The BM shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay by the contractor, course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of clause 512 of MORTH (5th revision) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. (iii) The contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorpoation of the same in the work. (iv) Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using BM. (v) Payment shall be made after conducting bitumen extraction test after every laying every 500 units and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. For any variation in bitumen contents the retesting to be got done by contractor at without any extra cost. (vi) Repair to pot holes shall be carried out as directed by Engineer-in-charge under this item and not measured separately, cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material & labour for providing and laying premix bituminous concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.4 % paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30, content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per clause 507 MORTH (5th revision) specification and as directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 5.4 % VG-30 bitumen content, Job mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH ( 5th revision) for BC shall be worked out from any Govt Lab/Govt Engg college/CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the contractor and same shall be submit for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before execution. The cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 50/kg of binder and NO adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) Cost of filler i.e. cement (OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (iii) After spreading of mix as per clause 507 MORTH (5th revision) entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheeled tendom roller as per clause 507 MORTH (5th revision) and cost of the same is deemed to beincluded in quoted rates. (iv) Payment shall be made after conducting bitumen extraction test after every laying every 500 units and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. For any variation in bitumen contents the retesting to be got done by contractor at without any extra cost.

M&L for 100mm thick moorum/bajri filling for road side berms spread and levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying/fixing 60 mm thick (M-35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted using grey cement and no pigment, any shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, confirming to relevant IS, laid over and including 25mm thick layer of sand cushining and filling the interstices etc with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graged crushed stone aggregate) as in drain wall and floor of any depth and width including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN8) drain pipes 160 (OD)/150 mm nominal bore pipe as per IS-16098 (Part-II), laid in trenches on and including bed 100mm thick beding comprising of well compacted clean poorly graded gravel, gravel/sand mixture with little or no fines to required slope, including all accessories/fittings/jointing ring, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
