Supply, installation, commis-sioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel SS-304 having lockable tank lid with proper rubber sealing, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity 120 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity 60 Ltrs with two taps, energy efficient hemetically sealed compressor copper wound non CFC type, bottom pedestal shall be made of minimum 2.5mm thick SS made pipe connection with suitable flexible pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install 2 TR 5 star rated at the time of acceptance of tender Each inverter split air conditioner comprising of indoor & outdoor units, mounting arrangements, SEER 4.7, 100% inner grooved copper tube/condenser, stepless compressor control,, filter clean indicator, refrigerant gas R-410 (a)/R-32, protection from power fluctuation from 160V to 255V, noise level <=37 db, white colour, manufacturer warranty two years on AC, 10 years on compressor, 5 years on controller/PCB includingvinstallation of outdoor unit on a platform with suitable bracket/stand. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of copper tubing of both sizes from outdoor unit to indoor unit upto three mtr and installation of AC is deemed to be included in the item rate. If the copper tubing needs extra beyond three mtr will be measured and paid for saperately in relevant schedule of item.

M&L for taking out old BER AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacities (Window/Split) indoor/outdoor units complete and transporting them to AGE E/M store yard and deposit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F refrigent pipe or tube (copper) 5/2 for split type AC 1.5 TR/2.0 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable 4.0 sqmm 1100 volts grade in including casing capping including continious earth wire 4.0 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosere with 2 pin earth industrial plug and socket one MCB SP 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
