M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered on walls including cornices pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke shoot, moulds, mors and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed. (Note : necessary arrangements on stone cladding /decorative surfaces of existing external wall to be provided by the contractor during currency of work to avoid unnecessary damage .The work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction upto 12.0M height and no extra payment shall be paid on this account)

M& L for chipping of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/parapet/roof projection/balcony/staircase and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact on concrete surface, clean the surface by sand blasting the surface using river sand with minium of 6 kg pressure at the nozzle or air blow by electric pressure blower by mechanical compressor, cleaning the exposed reinforcement with wire brush & appliying Fosroc Reebaklens RR rust rust remover or equivalent in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxt based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 5 sqm/Ltr with Fosroc Nitozinc primer or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturers instructions including all scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials and clearing of debries complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down cement mortar on brick or stone or pcc block wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and including removal for debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed. (Note : necessary arrangements on stone cladding /decorative surfaces of existing external wall to be provided by the contractor during currency of work to avoid unnecessary damage .The work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction upto 12.0M height and no extra payment shall be paid on this account)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof slab/chajjas / beams / cantilever/ balcony/ staircase etc and other suspended work of any description complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-In-Charge. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 9.0M height)

M&L for providing weld mesh size 100x100x3mm weld mesh fixing with shear connectors with 8mm dia reinforcement by drilling 75mm deep anchoring holes and filled with two component polyester resin anchoring grout (Two pack system consist of one part of resin and two part hardner) epoxy resin 200 gm per hole with CICO RESIFIX-G or equivalent in Fosroc/ Dr Fixit/Sika/ACC/STP as per manufacturers instructions including all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: CICO RESIFIX-G of CICO or equivalent in Fosroc/Dr Fixit/STP. M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter including all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge(Note : necessary arrangements on stone cladding /decorative surfaces of existing external wall to be provided by the contractor during currency of work to avoid unnecessary damage .The work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction upto 12.0M height and no extra payment shall be paid on this account)

M&L TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia bar , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter including all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : The work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction upto 12.0M height and no extra payment shall be paid on this account)

M&L driiling holes with 10 mm to 20mm dia and 75 to 100mm deep as required and filling the holes after inserting of reinforcement dia 8 to 16mm for anchoring at ends/shear connector and filled the holes with two component polyester resin anchoring grout (two pack system consist of 1 part of resin and 2 hardner part) hole with Fosroc Lokfix E55 S / E45T @ 150gm per holes with all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for providing leak proof shuttering to RCC member in any position cut to length and providing including runners supports as per manufacturers instructions and including including all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note : The work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction upto 12.0M height and no extra payment shall be paid on this account)

M&L for providing Micro concrete at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc all as specified and directed. Make: Renderoc RG MICROCONCRETE of Fosroc or equivalent in Dr Fixit/ACC/ L&T/STP/Sika India/ asian paints/bostik/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd/ BASF/Hindcon Chemicals . M & L for 10mm to 15 mm thick cement plaster CM 1:3 with added intigral waterproofing compound Fosroc Conplast WL Extra or equivalent in Dr Fixit/ACC/ L&T/STP/Bostik/Sika/ CICO/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd @ 100ml/per 50kg cement bag. Each layer thickness not exceeding 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. IWC should conforms to IS 2645-2003 and available with ISI standard Mark. M & L for perparation the surface and applying 20 to 40 mm thick in layers , each layer n.exc 20mm thick with polymer modifed mortar (PMM) on sufcace of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/ parapet /roof projection/balcony/staircase with Fosroc Renderoc SP40 or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Asian paints / Sika / Bostik/CICO/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd/Hindcon chemicals including all necessary scaffolding, man and material complete all as specified and directed (Note : necessary arrangements on stone cladding /decorative surfaces of existing external wall to be provided by the contractor during currency of work to avoid unnecessary damage .The work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction upto 12.0M height and no extra payment shall be paid on this account)

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on PCC block /stone masonry/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using water proofing compond and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note:-WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply only intergral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 to 12 mm thick on PCC block /stone masonry/concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified martar or micro concrete with two coats of Fosroc Nitobond SBR or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Bostik/Sika/Choksey chemicals/Thermax ltd/ CICO as per maufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labors, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing etc., complete as per specification and as directed. M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preaparation of new plaster wall surface and applying two coats of Exterior acrylic Emulsion over a coat of primer incl preparation of surface.

S&F PVC rainwater pipes 110mm single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall incl clamp & imbedded in PCC block including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in encasing for rain water pipe and bends , apex stone complete all as specified and directed

S & F for 110 dia PVC (SWR) bends for rain water pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded, coping or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC Nominal mix concretes 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floor roofs landing, balconies canopies, deck slab and in shelve and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 12.0M height)

M&L RCC Nominal mix concretes 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas, lintel beam,lintel band etc and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 12.0M height)

Form work for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab beams and column in floor roofs landing, balconies canopies, deck slab and in shelve and the like n exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified.. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 12.0M height)

Form work for flat fair finish to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs, lintel beam and similar items including edges complete all as specified (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 12.0M height)

S & F 40mm dia UPVC pipe with pressure 10kg/sqcm laying in trenches or fixed to wall including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete cylindrical shape balusters for railing 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate), 75 mm dia thick (measured larger portion)over and incl RCC jali avg 35 mm thick decorative type in which baluster fixed at 200 mm Centre to centre spacing including all mouldings and fixing in Cement mortar 1:2 including taking down old railing, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Make - Asian paints (apcolite)/Berger paints (Luxol).

Cutting down Vegetation growths like plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, Chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/slab surfaces including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints of that affected locations and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal rnedicine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and treating tthe surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces all as specified and directed by the . Note :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scafolding/staging etc. (ii) Any CI/AC/PVC special damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leak/seapage free joint unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include cost of replacement of specials.

M&L for writing letter or figures (block, roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high on building with synthetic enamel paint all as directed.

M&L filling surface cracks not exc 5 mm to 7 mm wide with "Dr fixit" cracks X power or equivalent polymer molified cracks filler all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed

Preparation of old painted surfaces of wall over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for writing letters all as specified and directed by . Make - Asian paints (apcolite)/Berger paints (Luxol).

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection all as specified.
