M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over and dicluding a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and weeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wind ties for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of neck dia 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new steel surfaces of any description & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch complete with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/Blue/Yellow, Netural -Black and earth continuity conductor 1.50 sqmm Green) drawn through stove enameled steel conduit of dia not less than 20mm ISI marked ivory colour including accessories like bends, tees junction boxes, etc fixed on wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity wire including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes (or) Non-metalic PVC boxes of suitable size white sheet cover for mounting swiches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but with 2.5 Sqmm cable for Independent one 6 pin 5/15 Amps socket outlet in and including 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed 1100 V grade IS-694 FRLS cable for continuous earth wire.

S&F switch piano 6 amps flush type single pole one way complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano 16 amps flush type single pole one way complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 6 pin 16 amps flush type complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 5 to 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

M&L ceiling rose, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body complete 65 X 50 mm 2 to 3 terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole neutral sheet metal enclosure for 08 way DBs when SPN to be used single phase 240 volts, double door complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Supply and fixing LED 4 feet tube light fitting 1x 36W, 220V, AC Decorative ultra slim polycarbonate LED lighting fixture with high lumen output, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use, connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE LT Cable PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor of 16 sqmm 4 core, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/duct, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation, laying of cables, etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for XLPE cable with tibba sand (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying of cable) & punning down to 180 mm to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
