Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, of size 16 sq mm. 4 core complete all as specified.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, of size 10 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, of size 10 sq mm. 2 core complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for laying of DWC pipe of outer dia 110 mm complete all as specified.

M & L for laying of DWC pipe of outer dia 63 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and erecting factory made 7 m long hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 130 mm dia including 1.5 Mtr single Arm HDG OD-48.3 at bottom and 70 mm dia at top A/F made up of 3mm thick HT sheet along with foundation type base plate of size 220X220X12 mm foundation bolt 4 nos of M20X750 high J type EN8 Grade with inbuilt junction box suitable for incoming 3 phase LT cable 16sqmm 4 core having 6A SP B class MCB fixed on bakelite sheet and stud type connector inside the pole, the pole shall be adequetly strengthened at the location of the door to compensate for the loss in section including excavation and RCC/PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for foundation and grouting the bolts as per manufactures instructions including marking pole numbers in letters and figures of size radium tape not less than 10cm height with red colour enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of Stainless Steel LT panel of suitable size outdoor cubical type factory made, weather & vermin proof made out of Stainless Steel sheet 3.15mm (outdoor type) thick through chemical treatment with 9 tank pre treatment process method for degreasing , derusting and phosphating powder coating with bottom frame made out of angle SS 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long 4 legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete and suitable for 415 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 strip having insulated Copper bus bar 250 Amps 6 way from pole with openable double shutter on both sides (rear and front side) with locking arrangment duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with Incoming proper size copper lugs/thimbless and connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bended and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including the following accesories & all connected iems complete. M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32 x 6 mm dearth lead protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (wieght not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm flat iron with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M & L for Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual mean and including passing GI pipe 80 mm bore and making good both the ends complete . Note : Pipe and cable will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complte.

S & F PVC insulated, PVC sheathed Copper conductor electric cable 1.5 Sq mm 3 Core 1100 volts grade for pole box to street light fitting.

S & F of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Lux Level. Required Illuminance level for switching On is <= 30 Lux and for switching OFF >=10 Lux. The Circuit should be suitable enough to take Thre phase load of 12 KW with 3 nos Contactors, 3 nos incoming MCBs& 3 nos Outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps each & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Swadeep -66- 12 KW3P/ or equivalent in / Indo Asain/ Bajaj/L&T/C&S.

M & L for repair of damange portions during laying of LT cable, including replant of existing arboriculture which disturbed during laying and repairs the same and making the good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour, complete all as specified and direced by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismanting of unserviceable ACSR conductor/AAC conductor of any size and any type complete all as specified.

Dismanting of cross arm, clamps, bracing etc of MS section complete all as specified.

Dismanting of insulator any type and size complete all as specified.

Dismanting of old PCC Pole any type and size complete all as specified.

Dismanting of GI bracket 1.2 Mtr long 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old street light fitting any wattage from existing pole and deposite to MES Store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
