Supply and fixing in replacement of LED sleek mirror light fitting 10 watt provided with high output diffuser 2 feet, 230 Volts complete LED tube rod 10 watt with all accessories, pre wired and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, environmental friendly, new generation, aesthetically designed, ultra modern recess mounting luminaries with high brightness SMD LEDs as light source 28 Watt with nominal system lumen output of 2800 lumens and a minimum system efficiancy of 100 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminarie should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI > 70. The luminarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD < 20% and PF >0.9 complete with all accessories as specefied and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Highbay 120 Watt suitable for Hangers / industrial application heat sink made of copper & equipped with fluid dynamic pressure technology ,lumen efficacy > 150 lm/w , CRI > 85% ,THD < 15% UL certified , driver equipped with double power embedded system, & automatic Power Shutdown and returning circuit embedded with Power supply, which turns off power against Fire, High Temperature, Over-voltage and Over-current. The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report, including taking down old unserviceable light fitting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools etc as required for taking down and refixing of hanger light are deemed to be including in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Taking down carefully high bay light any watt from Structure and carbon cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of hanger light complete all as specefied.

Taking down carefully building security light any watt from Structure and carbon cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of building light complete all as specefied.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades deposit to store yard as it is in working condition for further hanging in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service includes cleaning, greasing and oiling, painting of fan with one coat of synthetic enamel spraying painting including marking of MES number with black paint after preparation of surface reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- Any damage has to be made good by the contractor to make the item functional after testing.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and removing the exhaust fan with blades deposit to store yard as it is in working condition for further fixing in its original position or any other position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service i.e. cleaning, greasing and oiling, painting of exhaust fan with one coat of synthetic enamel spraying painting including marking of MES number with black paint after preparation of surface reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed . Material and labour for in replacement of submain wiring with two single core 6.0 sq mm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit of size not less than 25mm dia, medium grade ISI marked with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories and one single core 6.0 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as sepcified and as directed. Note- (a) The two runs of single core cable and specified earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit with fitting acessories will be measured as one run. (b) Cost of cutting, chasing and make good to existing surfaces are deemed to be including in the quoted rate by the contractor.
